Anyone who's a little bit smart to the business knows Ric Flair was guilty of many of the same failings as Hulk Hogan. Jim not acknowledging this just goes to show that he does deliberately take it easy with certain folk.

In shoot interviews Teddy has said that when he was a referee Flair called him the N-word in the ring. That shoot interview has been on TH-cam for years. Surprised both of these guys are saying they are oblivious to any heat between Teddy and Flair.
“I do not recall” isn’t just for politics.
Its intentional ignorance and now I have to figure out why he is silently condoning this.
I believe it even flowed backstage. Teddy is close with Kevin Sullivan, and delved into that. Jim Cornette has been taped dropping the N word also. So I wonder Teddy’s thoughts on him.
Unless you send the clip to him Cornette... he doesn't really watch shoot interviews
It takes two to have heat with each other. I think Long forgot to tell Flair. 🤣😂

I am Roderick and I am from Arkansas
"That's a lie. There's nobody in Arkansas named Roderick" 😂😂😂
A liar accusing something as being a lie has no weight.
There was heat between Gary Hart and Ric Flair at the time, even though they were working the main event Gary knew Ric should not have been a booker and Ric was only interested in keeping himself over and was not developing talent like a good booker should.
That wasn't a kidnapping. He just called some people to whoop Flair's Ass! That clip is a classic and came off great. Just like the Hoarsemen and Dusty in the parking lot...
"Allegedly" - Ole Anderson was a certified Racist. And wasn't shy about it either. I'm not shocked about either one. Of course there's 100 more you don't hear about.
People said my grandfather was a racist, I always told them he wasn't. He didn't care if you were black, white, yellow, red, blue, or green, they were all a piece of shit. He pissed on everyone equally.
Sounds like Ric Flair needs to have a one on one match with the Undertaker, playa!
Lots of people that have dealt with Ric Flair in the past don't have anything good to say about him. Here is Scott Steiner on Ric Flair.
"I always knew he was a piece of garbage. Flair never drew when I was in the NWA and WCW. Flair had all of his friends booking him on top and we were not drawing. People can say what they want, but I was there and we did not draw nothing. They may have papered the crowd to make it look good for a Clash or a pay-per-view, but we did not draw. I can say for a fact that Flair at that time did not draw a dime. And they say he was the greatest? If you want an honest opinion, you ask somebody who they would rather be on the card with - Hulk Hogan or Ric Flair. If they don't say Hulk Hogan, they're out of their minds. At least you knew when you were on a Hulk Hogan card you were going to get paid. Thank God in WCW we had guaranteed contracts. If we had been paid by the houses that we were drawing, we would have starved."
Steiner was just jealous. As a single wrestler he was a mid carder.
"When I went down to the NWA for a tryout, Dick the Bruiser told me to drop my bags when I saw Flair and tell him Dick the bruiser said to carry your bags. Bulldog Don Kent told me no, don't do that, it's a rub. That's how little respect other people have for Flair. " - Steiner telling the same story in every shoot interview he ever did.
@@Timmyk5150 most experts consider him the best ever.

The reason cornette would have never heard about it is because it was a white man being racist to a black man at a time where that was just how things were. It wasn't about business it was about teddy just existing as a black man.
Cornette knows, he has a lying problem, and covers up a lot of the bullshit he and those he admired were involved in. Question is, if there is so much to cover up, why does he admire him so much, and why can't he ever be honest unless he sees you as an enemy? Which he also lies about to make somebody evil.
"Slices Link from asshole to appetite." I love Cornette's sayings.
I remember a shoot interview where Teddy talked about his struggles in the wrestling business regarding racism and the interviewer asked him why he remained in an industry that treated him with such disrespect. Teddy didn't really give a convincing answer. I think Teddy knew he couldn't justify why he stayed in the industry
