My perfume tastes have changed a lot this year, since discovering middle eastern and niche perfume dupes. So here are my faves right now: Lattafa Liam (Gris Charnel), Khamrah, La vie est belle L’extrait, YSL Libre edp & intense, Ajayeb Dubai Portrait, Montaigne Coco (Coco vanille), Baroque satin oud (Oud satin mood), Prada Paradoxe, Acqua Di Parma Bergamotto Di Calabria.
I absolutely loved hearing the story behind black orchid. It was so personal and I could feel your emotion coming off the screen. Thank you for sharing. You painted the picture so beautifully
I love this video! Thank you for this great topic! Your videos always bring joy! Top perfumes? I have loved every fragrance in your most compliment fragrances as well as your top 10 for life except for Serge Lutens Fille Fe Berlin. That one I didn't macerate and just opened out of the box and sprayed on me 6 times before bed. I could not sleep the whole night because the fragrance was so cloying and Linear I thought I was going to have an asthma attack. I will try it one more time after a couple months but only during the day to see if that changes anything with it. I do highly recommend Serge Lutens Fille En Aiguilles and Serge Lutens Jeux De Peau and Serge Lutens Un Bois Vanille, I have all of those 3 in my collection and loved them for many years now.
Ohh yes, that fragrance is strong and I also learned that the hard way haha, I was at home doing some yoga and I felt like I doing few sprays of it, did 2 sprays and it was sooo so so strong but I love the scent of it so it wasn't as bad, just a bit cloying for such an activity. I haven't tried any of the 3 you've recommended but I will look them up for sure, Serge Lutens fragrances have a beautiful and captivating energy about them, they're like art pieces. Thank you for watching and thank you for the recommendations 🤗🌹
Indeed, the prices for Tom Ford fragrances have raised a lot in the last years, back when I received mine it was sold at Sephora for around 150$ for the 100 ml version now it's much more expensive. But it truly is one of a kind type of fragrance, it never goes in or out of style, it has always managed to feel unique, bold and truly timeless. Glad to hear you enjoy it as well, thank you for watching dear! 🤗🌹
I couldn't agree more beautiful!❤ For me it was a blind buy and it was a huge hit, it takes the best from Khamrah & Instant Crush and even though it shares some similarities, it still manages to feel unique. Thank you for watching my dear 🤗🌹
Right now I don’t have a large enough collection to have an “all time” 10 - but loving… •Musamam White Intense - my signature scent with 2 back-ups 😅 •Guidance (I have the 7.5ml) •Guidance 46 & the nearest affordable option I have to OG Guidance •Bayn Al Asrar which isn’t quite the same but still love it 🥰 •Shaghaf Oud Tonka (gives a bit of that nutty depth missing from Bayn so I layer them sometimes) •Karus Secret Musk (recent discovery and now I need to smell Arabians Tonka!) •Lattafa Qimmah (wasn’t into fragrances in the CH GG era so never smelt it - this is beautiful though!) •Valentino Donna BIR *Intense* (have a decant that came with the G46 sample I purchased - but I NEED it now 😅)
Thank you for watching my dear and thank you for sharing your top fragrances! 🤗🌹 For me it's all about the feeling a fragrance awakens within you when you smell it or wear it & all the beautiful memories you'll create while wearing a specific scent, rather than the number of fragrances you have. Better to have a smaller collection that you love and adore and you feel connected with.🥰 Shaghaf Oud Tonka has been on my to try list for such a long time, I've discovered lately that I'm very drawn to rich nutty accords in fragrances and I find them very intriguing. I haven't smell yet Guidance by Amouage, only Bayn al Asrar- but wow, what a unique scent profile it has.
@ Yes I agree, and I’m loving the ones I have. I too am enjoying nutty accords. Oud Tonka is very almond and layers well with Secret musk too. Guidance is gorgeous, like Bayn but with a beautiful creamy nutty depth 😶🌫️ 🥰
I'm Polish and we also have that semolina dessert 😊love it and couldn't agree more with your partner opinion 😊 I've just found your channel and what can I say.. I'm obsessed! You are very pretty and you seem very kind ❤love how you're describing the fragrances:) wish you the best of luck 😊
I'm so happy to hear you love it so much, it smells so luxurious and sophisticated!💫 Do you wear it mainly on its own or do you layer it? Thank you for watching beautiful! 🤗🌹
Just discovered your channel and am loving it ❤ Just watched OliviaOlfactory's short featuring her husband and his disdain for cherry perfumes due to them being "medicinal" and it interests as me as you also mentioned not getting a medicinal in a perfume that others did. Imo so much is cultural! I am in the UK and slowly being introduced to US sweets as a kid, realised *usually* red = cherry, purple = grape, green = apple. For us its usually strawberry, blackcurrant, lime respectfully. For me I associate strawberry and orange with medicine and the former its normally good! But orange 🤢 I LOVE Karma by LUSH, the perfume liquid or solid, bath bombs, bubble bars, bath oils etc when those limited ones came out. But Karma Kream the lotion, I HATE IT. It smells like orange flavour sadness/medicine to me. When I went to India green sweets were green mango ❤ When my friend and I FINALLY tried root beer at 16 after seeing it on US tv always we spat it out. Both immediately saying "Listerine". Its mouthwash flavour! 😂 which made us think I guess their mouthwash is a different flavour, but if they use mouthwash over here they'll say it's root beer flavour. So wonder where the people who commented that are from? Also what flavours do you associate with medicine? Just so interesting! 😂 sorry for the essay. Its nice to find a TH-camr who also leans to these "darker" perfumes but also is in Europe too, albeit it, FAR. But, it helps with what is accessible here. Thank you! ❤
Welcome my dear, I'm happy to have you here and I'm glad to hear you enjoy my videos! 🤗🌹Ohh cherry for me it's a huge love in fragrances, of course depends a lot how it's done but to me, in most cases, it smells very nostalgic, like cherry or sour cherry compot and I love the smell. I associate anything orange or lemon flavoured with different flu medicines, strawberry for me used to do the same, when I was a kid there was a pink cough syrup with strawberry and for a while I used to associate the two but now not anymore and I'm happy that happened cause now I love strawberry in fragrances. For me it's mainly citruses, I associate them either with effervescent vitamins either with products that you use to clean you windows, I'm soo picky with how a citrus accord it's done in fragrance cause in my mind if it's too fresh/refreshing I automatically make the comparison. 😂
it reminds me of By The Fireplace but not as sweet and woody..it's more smoky and incensey..(it's colder) so if you like a cozy fireplace smell but with more smoke/incense touches. It is definitely unisex..and i like to layer it with other fragrances to give a bit more mystery to them @@agasz6242
My top 5 for life at the moment: 1. Angel EDP 2. Oud Satin 3. L'interdit 4. La Petite Robe Noir 5. Decadence Rouge Even though we don't share very similar taste, I always go back to your channel just to watch your reviews because they're always on point. You're description of notes and accords are so good, it's easy to imagine how they would smell like. Also, I love your personality when it comes to fragrances, brave and unapologetic. I just love your vibe. Also, I bought Forbidden Sugar because of your review and I love it!! Will definitely be repurchasing when I run out. It's sooo good!
This means so so much to me, thank you my dear for your kind words!🌹🤗 For a very long time I've tried to better my ability to describe fragrances and it makes me so happy to hear that is shows. Also I'm so glad to hear you love Forbidden Sugar, it's such a beautiful fragrance! ❤️
Hi Loredana. I was expecting to see Sheikh Al Shyukh LUXE EDITION on this list for sure!!! I love Sheikh Al Shyukh LUXE EDITION, it's a unique and very feminine fragrance. I love it ❤️❤️❤️ !!!!
I couldn't definitely do one in the future, I have some combos with that fragrance that I absolutely love 🥰 Thank you for watching and I appreciate the video idea. 🤗🌹
I'd compliment as well anyone who would wear it, I love it! It feels unique and it brings a whole different energy, it's definitely something that stands out. 💫 Did you get a chance to try the other one from the collection, Oud Majesteux? I was always so curious about that one as well, Alien with oud sounded amazing. Such a shame they discontinued them. Thank you for watching 🌹🤗
@@AFragrantGlance Hello, oddly enough I remember the first one and the most recent one! Rawaa and Khadlaj rose couture :) respectively, both hits. Also modest deux, another that came to mind. There are surely many others...🤗
Body mist i love 1) Chasing Fireflies by Bath & Body Works 2) Champion Toast by Bath &body work 3 ) Strawberry pound cake by Bath and body work 4) Warm Vanilla sugar by bath and body work.
I'm soo happy you mentioned them! I was never a huge fan of body mists but now I'm drawn to them when I want something very soft and muted and girly and I'm looking into exploring more. How is the strawberry in Strawberry Pound Cake, does it smell as gourmand as the name suggests? I'm so curious about that one 🥰 Thank you for watching 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance strawberry pound cake body mist is sweet gourmand and to my nose it smells like realistic strawberry short cake . U smell fresh strawberries, vanilla and pound cake . I am a gourmand lover and strawberry pound cake mist is my favorite mist . I love to eat strawberry short cake . I would say buy strawberry pound cake body mist and try it , I will be happy if u love it . But in 2 hours it is gone . For me strawberry pound cake is not very sweet ,it doesn't make me nauseous.
@@AFragrantGlance if u try Strawberry pound cake body mist by bath & body work and make a video of it . U can mention my name. I would like to know if like it or not .
Thank you so much for introducing me to Junaid perfumes 💖 Thanks to you I tried many extraordinary perfumes🤗💜 One of my favorite perfumes is Dolce Vita, Dior. I love Gharam Junaid, ador it. Red tabacco too, Moattar dhahab and the list can go on..😂 hugs🤗 i enjoy your videos a lot!
It was my pleasure introducing you to the brand, I am so happy to hear you discovered fragrances you love! 🥰 Sending you many hugs to you my dear, thank you for watching! 🤗🌹❤
My princess. So glad you made this; we share similar scent tastes. There are no rules and fragrances are Art 🖤🖤🖤🖤 My top 5 at the moment are; Sultan Royal Crown Hayal Katana Classique Essence Jean Paul Gaultier Arabians Tonka Montale Hibiscus Mahajad Maison Crivelli.
So many beautiful fragrances mentioned! Hibiscus Mahajad smells divine, I smelled it on a friend and I couldn't get enough of it. I looked up the ones I didn't try and they definitely look like something I'd enjoy a lot, we do share similar taste! 🥰 Thank you for watching my dear and for sharing your favourite fragrances 🤗🤗🌹
Thank you very much. This is a very interesting video. I put my top 15, and gosh, I'm so random and all over the place. From Club de Nuit Intense and Amber oud tobacco edition through Crystal Noir and YSL Elle to Acqua di Gioia and Bright Peach. I honestly can't say what scent profile I like 😂
Glad to hear you enjoyed it! It's good you have diverse taste and you enjoy many different scent families, I'm trying to be more open minded myself and to open myself to many more scent families but sometimes it's a struggle for me haha. Thank you for watching my dear! 🤗🌹❤
Molton Brown Rosa Absolute is such an affordable alternative for Portrait of A Lady that it became my forever fragrance. I would usually replace my bottle of Al Haramain Amber Oud Tobacco but spring is already here, rose and orange blossom season is coming
I don't know if I have a 1-10 but I can tell you the ones I would keep for life. Delina, Oud Jaun Intense, Dama Bianca, Idole Aura, Invite Only Amber 23, Cassiopea, Yes I am and Jasmine Rouge. those are the ones I would be very sad to never have again. I also love rose. I know others say it's "old fashioned" but Roses smell beautiful. they always have.
Thank you for watching dear! 🤗🌹 Yes, to some rose smells old, to me it's the most sensual and carnal flower, I can't get enough of its scent, it has a special aura. Loved reading more about your favourite fragrances. 💫
Love your video❤️ you're one of the few perfume reviewer that really "use" her perfumes.. It shows that you really use and enjoy them honestly... Currently my top perfumes are guidance by amouage, will always be in my collection it's the best, the best perfume I've ever smelled imo... scherzo by miller harris, velvet rose and oud by jo malone, neroli blanc intense by au pays de la fleur d'oranger, lait et chocolat by chabaud, vanilla cake by Montale, oajan by parfum de marly.. I have a lot more in my collection that I love, but I feel that this ones have a special place in my ❤
And it's me again I do have some very perfumes designer more but I feel now they all small the same that they make now apart from my Channel collection and I feel many perfumes smell very Waterdown ❤❤❤❤
Happy to hear you enjoyed it, thank you for watching dear Nadia! 🤗🌹What a beautiful list, Velvet Rose by Jo Malone is a stunning classic fragrance, it exudes such a mysterious yet feminine aura. You taste seems very diverse from the fragrances here on the list. Guidance is on my to try list, the notes look absolutely beautiful, I find that combo very intriguing. Wishing you a beautiful week 🌸
@@AFragrantGlance 😘😘😘.. Yes honestly you should try Guidance, it's the best perfume ever in my opinion. ❤️ I think that you will love this one.. Honestly I can skip all the others and just keep Guidance, it's so so gorgeous.
I wanted to try it for the longest time but it's discontinued and very hard to find here in Romania, I've only tried Musc Mysterieux which I love, such a statement fragrance. Thank you for watching 🤗🌹
Wow I didn't expected this update thanks🙏🏻❤ I have same preference so I definitely gonna try to get these lately I got amber oud TE and was amazing 😍 Love you from Japan 👋🏻
Much love to you as well my dear! 🤗🌹I'm so happy to hear you enjoy Amber Oud Tobacco Edition, such a beautiful statement spicy fragrance. What are some of your favourite fragrances? Thank you for watching ❤️
SOLD! I have Amberythme, Shaghaf Oud, Shaghaf Aswad, and Lancome Tresor La Nuit on the way! I already have Arabians Tonka, and the OG Lancome Maison Oud Bouquet which is my signature scent - even in the summer! I’ve been known to layer it with Arabians Tonka which I love. I think you and I are on the same page with fragrances! I love your layering videos! I layered Oud Bouquet with Khamra yesterday. Loved it! Rose Wood is out of stock where we live, but it’s next on my hit list.
Thank you for watching my dear, I'm glad to hear we share similar taste! 🤗🌹 Let me know how you feel about all these beautiful fragrances you've ordered, I hope you'll enjoy them and you'll create beautiful memories with them.💫 Shaghaf Oud is supposed to be Swiss Arabian's take on the DNA of Oud Bouquet, do you find them similar? You could layer Amberythme with Khamrah, they work so beautiful together, or even with Arabians Tonka, it adds a beautiful nuance to Arabians Tonka, it's a beautiful minimalistic day to day scent that still makes a statement.
Oh My Gosh, Oh My Gosh!!!! Shaghaf Oud & Shaghaf Aswad layered together are just glorious! Aswad is amazing - I love it on its own also. I’ve had them about a week now, and I can only imagine they’ll get better as they age. There is something different about Shaghaf Oud and Maison Lancome Oud Bouquet that I just can’t figure out - the opening is identical but the dry down on me is a bit different but as Shaghaf Oud ages they may become more similar. I love it though - so it’s definitely not redundant in my collection - particularly as I’m using it to layer. Lancome Tresor La Nuit is beautiful also, and today I layered it with Maison Alhambra Baroque Satin Mood (Inspired by MFK Oud Satin Mood). I’m in love with that combo too. And yes, yes, yes…Amberythme is amazing. On my skin it’s a more ethereal, summer worthy version of Lattafa Khamrah. Thank you for your wonderful reviews! You’re so accurate with your descriptions.
A few days later…I am obsessed. Shaghaf Oud & Aswad. My new signature scent! I get up in the morning and I can’t wait to ‘dress’ myself in Shaghaf Oud & Aswad! I’ve been collecting for years (I’m in my 60’s) and this is my favourite fragrance ever.
Hi Loredana. What happened??? You have no more love for Sheikh Al Shyukh LUXE EDITION? I love Sheikh Al Shyukh LUXE EDITION ❤❤❤, it's my signature scent. When I want a change, I alternate SAS LUXE EDITION with Raghba. I thought I was going to see Sheikh Al Shyukh LUXE EDITION on this list for sure!!!
I see a common pattern w/perfumes.,when they become popular they seem to get watered down or reformulated or the 2nd batches are worse. It's always something ,after they become hyped ..and if a bigger house buysa smaller company , FORGET it!
Yes, I've noticed this too with some fragrances unfortunately, and in many cases the formula was perfection to begin it so the more they alter it the more it looses that brilliant element. In some cases it's because of different law changes for certain ingredients and their dosages, but other times it's just to cut some costs...That's why I try my best to get a backup of a fragrance if I love it but it's not always possible. Thank you for watching dear ❤
😊deci am avut dreptate😅 mă bucur că ești româncă și sunt mândră că utilizezi limba engleză pentru canal👏 I will still write my comments in english for everyone to understand what I'm talking about, even if I make some writing mistakes😅I love all Oud D'Arabie oils I could put my hand on. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the one inspired by Vanilla 28, but I'm hunting for it😂 I feel that they have amazing quality for the price you pay and for now my collection has 14 of them! I wish you a beautiful day 🌸
I recently discovered this brand serge lutens , i used to hate their vanilla and shergui .. but fils de joie . Fille de berlin , dompteuse encage are killers i m thinking of buying them all . Even if they are not a great performers not like my montales . By the way what do you think about dark vanilla montale for women ?
Thank you for watching dear! 🌹❤️ I couldn't agree more, La Fille de Berlin is so beautiful! I haven't tried the other ones you mentioned but I am so excited to test more fragrances from Serge Lutens, so far everything that I've tried impressed me even though some of them definitely are not my cup of tea. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well La Fille de Berlin lasted and performed on me. I haven't tested yet Dark Vanilla from Montale unfortunately. 💫
Lovely list. And I cannot get enough of La Fille de Berlin, one of my top 3 Serge Lutens, the others are A La Nuit (jasmine soliflore) and Fleurs d’Oranger ( orange blossom heaven for colder days).
Sajaya gold is available on eBay still sealed but its like $250 not sure how much you originally paid for this fragrance, and if that is a normal price for it.... Or if that is the price being hiked wayyyy up because of its scarcity
Yes, the price was raised a lot maybe because it's not in production anymore. I bought 4 bottles few years ago for a little bit over 230 $ . Thank you for letting me know anyways, I will keep an eye on Ebay in case any show up or the price goes down. 🌹🤗
My most loved fragrances are : Kayali Pistachio, Kayali Vanilla Royale, La Belle le Parfum JPG, Guerlin Spiritueuse double vanille, Les fleurs du Golfe Cachemire, Acqua Di Gioia EDP Armani, Love dont be shy Killian, Hypnotic Poison EDT Dior
Hi, do you get Glory and Honor by Lataffa or Ajayeb Dubai from Zenobia? I ordered a sample and that's what I get from it pineapple! So not sure if my nose picks it up as those smell or they send me a wrong sample?
I have Bin Sheikh... it's a heavy sweet smokey incensy smell... Does any Shagaf on its own or together...smell similar to it.. Will it be a wise decision to buy these if i already have Bin Sheikh or Marj or Sunmer Oud..etc
Both Oud Aswad and Shaghaf Oud go in a different direction from the fragrances you've mentioned. I've heard Oud Cafe from Ahmed al Maghribi smells similar to Shaghaf Oud but I didn't try it myself. Also some people compared Oud Aswad to Oud&Roses from AAM but to me they go in slightly different directions, Oud&Roses is more aromatic green because of the lavender and the rose accord there it's done different. Better test them first if you have the possibility to be sure it's something you enjoy and you would wear. ✨️ Thank you for watching! ❤️
Thank you for watching my dear! 🌹🤗 Vanilla Royale is soo so beautiful, I'm so excited to test the new inspiration of it from Paris Corner. Have you tried it? 💫
@@roseayalaperfumeaddict5059 It's called December Vanilla, I think it's a new release from the brand. I ordered it few days ago, can't wait to try it 🥰
Unfortunately it's not just you, many people told me this since they changed the bottles. Perhaps look up an oil similar to it so you could layer the two, this way the overall scent would be much stronger (I only know of Abul Alamin Attar by Ibn al Jebouri that's in the same scent profile). 💫 Thank you for watching ❤️
Thank you my dear, you are very kind! 🌹🤗 I try to limit using heat, I only use it once a week, I oil the lengths of my hair every few days and I braid it when I sleep so it doesn't tangle. I also try to watch what I eat and include healthy fats in general. As for products I enjoy Wella products and L'Oreal Professionnel, I use the Wella SP Luxe Oil, for shampoo either Wella Oil Reflections or Vitamino Color by L'oreal and for masks some of my favourite ones are Wella Oil Reflection Mask, Wella Fusion & L'oreal Bond Repair conditioner. Hope it helped but keep in mind hair products are very personal and what might work for me might not work for someone with different hair texture or different concerns. 🌸
Btw two more things… 1. You always make me think of a beautiful Arabian princess. What is your ancestry? 2. Since I am kind of new to oud and I have LVEB L’extrait which is a weaker version of oud bouquet apparently, and Baroque satin oud, what oud perfumes would you recommend? It is hard to get all of the perfumes in NZ, that they have available in globally.
Thank you for watching! 🌹🤗 Yes, I got them from Dubai Collection, I will add the websites below (currently they're out of stock but they should restock them in the near future) RO: dubaicollection.ro/ EU: dubaicollection.eu/
I got this question in the comments and on Instagram as well but yes, I am Romanian!❤️ Indeed, Romania is a beautiful country, did you get a chance to visit it? ✨️ I am very happy to hear you enjoy my videos, thank you for watching. 🤗
Hello beautiful🥰I didn't know you're Romenian! Your voice is so calming, I love watching your videos because it feels like talking with a special friend🤍From your list, I definitely love Vanilla Royale SP and Arabians Tonka, and La Belle Le Parfum also, those are for life for me too! Plus, Jardins de Misfah (UNN), Intense Cafe, Oud Satin Mood, Velvet Chocolate, Magenta Tanzanite, N5 Rosendo Mateu, Ani, Cruz del Sur II, Trouble in Paradise, Ruby N Vanilla Neroli, Deep N Desire Yatch, Neroli Blanc Intense, Lamar... and some otherssssss🤣🤣🤣
Hi my dear, thank you for watching and for your kind words! 🌹🤗 Ohhh I feel you, it's so hard to choose, even for me with all the honourable mentions and the actual top 10 but I could've easilyy add more haha. 😂 You've mentioned so many beautiful fragrances, some of them are on my 'to try' list, can't wait to test them. ❤️
Thank you sooo so much for letting me know dear, I've been looking everywhere for something similar but without any luck so far. I haven't tried Burning Rose but I will look it up 🥰 Thank you for watching 🤗
would you say emir wild and tobacco has nuclear performance? i know its weaker compared to mancera red tobacco but would you still say emir has very strong projection?
Thank you for watching! ❤ Yes, it's very strong - strong scent wise and strong strenght wise. I don't know if nuclear is the first word I'd use to describe it but it's very strong nonetheless. 💫
What fragrances are you planning to get? 🥳 Haha I'd say as long as you enjoy it then it's always money well spent, at least this is what I say to myself. 😂I'm very happy to hear you resonate with my taste, thank you for watching my dear 🌹🤗
@@AFragrantGlance I’ve ordered so many from your recommendation and love all of them, but my most recent ones are kayali vanilla royale sugared patchouli which I just got last night and I love it!! I’m just waiting on Al Haramain amber oud tobacco addition I’m so excited for it to get here I know I’m going to love it 😊
Personally I love it but I've received mixed feedback for it along the years - some completely love it, some hate it. If you already have Shaghaf Oud you could get a decant and test those two layered, I feel like they bring out what's best from each other. 💫
If you still have it try it in warm weather with a beautiful flowy dress, it gives a whole different dimension to the fragrance 🤗Better sample first La Fille de Berlin if you have the chance to see how you feel about it first, Serge Lutens has beautiful fragrances but each one of them leans more artsy creative. Thank you for watching my dear 🌹❤
@AFragrantGlance thanks for replying! I'll do that once I buy one circling around. I think I did sell it. Your recommendations are so good!!!! I'm wearing ajwad today. Kamrah the day before.
I wouldn't call TF NOIR POUR FEMME ,sweet; most of all it is a spicy gurmound ,the sweetness comes from the genuine gurmoundish notes ,but its the complexity that makes it amazing, unique, quality, no cheap sweet notes at all :)
On me the spicy lactonic accord pulls very sweet, almost desert leaning with some balsamic facets to deepen it, I love it! It's my go to for layering, it just adds a beautiful alluring spicy aura to some of my favourite fragrances. I'm glad to hear you love it so much as well, thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹

Thank you for watching dear and thank you so much for your kind words! 🤗🌹 I recommend you to look up on online fragrance store called Parfumas.ro , they're a romanian based website but they ship everywhere in Europe and they have the best prices on Lattafa, Al Haramain, Ahmed al Maghribi, Afnan and few other middle eastern brands, I would highly recommend you to check them out. What fragrances from Lattafa have you purchased? I've noticed as well that in the last few years the performance of their fragrances has went down, they're not as strong as they used to be but still, for the price, the majority last decent. Some fragrances that last very well are Ishq al Shuyukh Gold, Eternal Oud - from the Lattafa Pride line, Sheikh al Shuyukh Luxe Edition (this used to be a favourite of mine), Mazaaji & Oaa'ed to just name a few. I will leave the website below, I hope TH-cam doesn't block this comment cause sometimes when I add links they flag the commend and later delete it. You just browse the website, if any fragrances catch your attention you add them to cart and then the whole check out process it's written in english so it should be easy to follow, also you could contact them via email as well if you find it's easier. 🌐 www.parfumas.ro/en

Does it remind you of other fragrances? I saw you layer it with Nasheet, I have a decant of that one I was pleasantly surprised by how the spicy- citrusy - sweet nuances worked together. Also I had such a good laugh reading about your most hated fragrances, your descriptions were hilarious. 😂
@@AFragrantGlance Thank you for your awesome videos and response. Yes, l like Vintage Radio a lot, and l layer it with Nasheet, because it reminds me of, and smells a bit like Ani. I would say they somewhat have the same scent profile. Layering both works so well together.
I wish Strawberry pound cake mist by Bath and body work was in perfume form and have good longetivity . Strawberry pound cake body mist by bath and body work doesn't last on me more than 2 hours on my clothes ,on my skin it last only for 1 hour .
Ohh that's such a shame! The scent sounds delicious, it would be great if you were able to find an oil with a similar scent DNA so you could layer the two and amplify the longevity. Thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹
If you are looking for a beast mode Fantasy by Britney Spears look up Anab by Ahmed al Maghribi, I haven't tried Fantasy myself but someone who has it and purchased Anab told me they're almost identical. Anab is extremely oily, it lasts on your skin and it projects amazing. 🤗
If you're looking for a beautiful inspiration of Eden Juicy Apple by Kayali look up Aura Kiss of Rose by Khadlaj, they're extremely similar and I actually kind Aura Kiss of Rose to be stronger. 🤗
@@AFragrantGlance thanks for your replies to my comments. Thanks for your suggestion. I will definitely try Aura kiss and let u know. I hope I can find Aura kiss in USA 🇺🇸.I like notes of Aura kiss rose that u suggested . I don't like Jasmine note specially strong Jasmine note . But all other notes I like from Aura kiss rose .🤗
I'm a person who loves dark, long lasting and unisex fragrances. I hate white florals too. But Red tobacco was a "no" for me. It's too masculine and smells like pine sol! When I mix it with others it's ok but I will never wear it on it's own. It's horrible!
Is is very hot where you live? It's so interestint, I perceive it in a totally different light and different notes shine on me, perhaps temperature could influence what notes shine. I wear it mainly in cold weather cause in hot weather the green undertone shines too much and I don't enjoy it but in cold weather for me it's an absolute dream. 🥰 Thank you for watching dear! 🤗🌹
I get all seasons in order where I live. Right now it's winter. I have a big bottle of it and I bought it blindly after the hype and just don't love it. I can mix it in with other scents and it's ok. But I'm not mad bc it was my first fail. I own a lot of perfumes and blind bought most of them and relied on reviews only and all were fantastic!! Never was disappointed until red tobacco! I just have to make it work. Lol
I ordered Amberythme after watching your video and I am disappointed. I am coming to let you and others know that Khamrah = Amberythme.... they are alike! Not a single note is different 😢
Give your nose time and I'm sure you'll notice more differances for sure - scent wise, texture wise, I can easily tell them apart. The majority of the feedback I received for Amberythme was amazing, I'm sorry to hear it didn't work for you. 🌹
The most exotic Romanian I’ve ever seen, your accent is so pretty too!
You are too kind, thank you so much my dear! ❤️🥰🤗🌹

@AFragrantGlance I always thought you were middle eastern???? Wow!!!
My perfume tastes have changed a lot this year, since discovering middle eastern and niche perfume dupes. I absolutely loved hearing the story behind black orchid. It was so personal and I could feel your emotion coming off the screen. Thank you for sharing. You painted the picture so beautifully
I love this video! Thank you for this great topic! Your videos always bring joy! Top perfumes? Will give this a whirl: Lauren by Ralph Lauren (had since high school, it will always be in my collection), O de Lancome, Hamidi's Qais (attar oil), Paco Rabane's Olympea Solar, Shaghaf Oud, Sheikh al Shuyukh, Kayali Eden Sparkling Lychee, Lattafa Ajwad, Oud Satin Mood and Oud Treacherous by Cheron (dupe for Oud Satin Mood), Yara Tous (which I just bought and it's a love)!

I paid $280 dollars for black orchid. I think it is pricey, not the cheapest in my opinion. Btw, one of my favorites. ❤️
Amberthyme is such an underrated gem; I have been sharing it and loving it since I got it early 2023. It’s stunning
I couldn't agree more beautiful!❤ For me it was a blind buy and it was a huge hit, it takes the best from Khamrah & Instant Crush and even though it shares some similarities, it still manages to feel unique. Thank you for watching my dear 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance I agree with you! I get some Arabians Tonka: Br540 in there. 😍😍😍
yeah.. I got Majd al Sultan because of you and I like it... the problem with it is that I can only wear it in the cold when I dress up...
I'm glad to hear you enjoy it! 💫Thank you for watching ❤
Right now I don’t have a large enough collection to have an “all time” 10 - but loving…
•Musamam White Intense - my signature scent with 2 back-ups 😅
•Guidance (I have the 7.5ml)
•Guidance 46
& the nearest affordable option I have to OG Guidance
•Bayn Al Asrar which isn’t quite the same but still love it 🥰
•Shaghaf Oud Tonka (gives a bit of that nutty depth missing from Bayn so I layer them sometimes)
•Karus Secret Musk (recent discovery and now I need to smell Arabians Tonka!)
•Lattafa Qimmah (wasn’t into fragrances in the CH GG era so never smelt it - this is beautiful though!)
•Valentino Donna BIR *Intense* (have a decant that came with the G46 sample I purchased - but I NEED it now 😅)
Thank you for watching my dear and thank you for sharing your top fragrances!
I loved the charming and interesting personal stories you told in this video 😍
Glad to hear you enjoyed the video, thank you for watching! 🤗❤️

I'm so happy to hear you love it so much, it smells so luxurious and sophisticated!💫 Do you wear it mainly on its own or do you layer it? Thank you for watching beautiful! 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance I wear it both ways. And you’re welcome.
Just discovered your channel and am loving it ❤
Just watched OliviaOlfactory's short featuring her husband and his disdain for cherry perfumes due to them being "medicinal" and it interests as me as you also mentioned not getting a medicinal in a perfume that others did.
But orange 🤢
I LOVE Karma by LUSH, the perfume liquid or solid, bath bombs, bubble bars, bath oils etc when those limited ones came out. But Karma Kream the lotion, I HATE IT. It smells like orange flavour sadness/medicine to me.
When I went to India green sweets were green mango ❤
When my friend and I FINALLY tried root beer at 16 after seeing it on US tv always we spat it out.
i bought Madj al sultan because of your review! I absolutely love it!
I'm so soo happy to heat that, a true gem! 🥰 Thank you for watching and for trusting my recommendations 🤗🌹
I wanted to buy it but the description says it's a men's fragrance. Is this fragrance really suitable for women?🤔
it reminds me of By The Fireplace but not as sweet and woody..it's more smoky and incensey..(it's colder) so if you like a cozy fireplace smell but with more smoke/incense touches. It is definitely unisex..and i like to layer it with other fragrances to give a bit more mystery to them @@agasz6242
My top 5 for life at the moment:
1. Angel EDP
2. Oud Satin
3. L'interdit
4. La Petite Robe Noir
5. Decadence Rouge
Even though we don't share very similar taste, I always go back to your channel just to watch your reviews because they're always on point.

1) Chasing Fireflies by Bath & Body Works
2) Champion Toast by Bath &body work
3 ) Strawberry pound cake by Bath and body work
4) Warm Vanilla sugar by bath and body work.

I honestly can't say what scent profile I like 😂

Molton Brown Rosa Absolute is such an affordable alternative for Portrait of A Lady that it became my forever fragrance. I would usually replace my bottle of Al Haramain Amber Oud Tobacco but spring is already here, rose and orange blossom season is coming

Yeeey so I'm happy to hear you enjoy it, it's such a bold and mysterious combo! 🥳Thank you for watching dear ❤️🌹

If you like rose and spices, you might enjoy Abraaj Carmine!
I appreciate your recommendations, I will look it up! 💫Thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹

Not fragrance related but what do you use for haircare.?Beautiful hair ❤😊
Btw two more things…

I’m just waiting on Al Haramain amber oud tobacco addition I’m so excited for it to get here I know I’m going to love it 😊
Really interested in Aswad, its been on my cart for months but the reviews are throwing me off bc they are alot of negative. Dont know what to do
Personally I love it but I've received mixed feedback for it along the years - some completely love it, some hate it. If you already have Shaghaf Oud you could get a decant and test those two layered, I feel like they bring out what's best from each other. 💫
I tried nina ricci so bad but wayyyy too mature for me. I love the other 2 better. Like will def be getting the la fille de Berlin.
I definitely can't pick just ten either.
What would be some fragrances you couldn't picture your collection without? Thank you for watching my dear 🤗🌹
Can you try to do a video of lattafa sevy long lying perfume s I brought a few but I felt very sad because they did not last and believe I live in Cyprus these perfume s were very expensive when I see how much they cost inUSA Canada they are so cheap I don't know how to order from the Internet I have neverable to learn so please can you help me you are very beautiful and very lovely charming way you have by the way I was born and raised in London but is husband from Cyprus so we moved here many years ago to bad for me but he is a very good husband and that is what matters more waiting to hear from you ❤🎉
Thank you for watching dear and thank you so much for your kind words!

3) Ragbah & Ragbah Wood intense by Lataffa (smells like saliva)
4) Sakeena by Lataffa (smells like rotten fruits)
5) Amber Eve by Fragrance World (l really don't hate it, but there is something l find off putting, so l will never repurchase it)
Thank you for watching and thank you for taking the time to write about your favourite fragrances, I loved reading more about them! 🤗🌹How do you find Vintage Radio by Lattafa?
Perfumes i love but does last on me ,poor longevity.
1) Unforgivable by John sean ( men's perfume)
2) Pulse by Beyonce
3) Fantasy by Britney Spear
If you are looking for a beast mode Fantasy by Britney Spears look up Anab by Ahmed al Maghribi, I haven't tried Fantasy myself but someone who has it and purchased Anab told me they're almost identical. Anab is extremely oily, it lasts on your skin and it projects amazing. 🤗
@@AFragrantGlance thanks for your suggestion, I will definitely try it this coming September . Britney Spear Fantasy is winter perfume.🤗
Perfumes i love but I never owned it yet
1) Nori Extreme eau da perfum by Tom Ford
2) Eden juice apple by Kyali
3) Miami glow by JLO
Am hoarding my miami glow its just summer !
hi pretty! What’s on your lips?
I used the liquid lipstick and the lip liner from Miss Sporty, both in the shade 200 Lively Rose, it's a rosy nude. ✨️ Thank you for watching ❤️
Lol
😘
Thank you for watching my dear! 🤗🌹
You don't love absolutely rose😂❤❤❤
Haha, thank you for watching dear! 🤗🌹❤️
Waaaayy too long
No way, waaay too short! 🙈 have a nice day! ✨
For you and you alone!
