I've been living in Fallbrook for 18 months now. I love it. Although pricing are on the rise, there are still mora affordable housing than other cities in the San Diego county. Weather is wonderful. City is safe, and the beach in Oceanside is just 15-20 minutes away.
Ah, my hometown, I miss it some days. My mom and I left California for Kansas back in 2013 (I'm 24 now), it got too expensive for us to live there. I would love to visit my hometown again one day.
@@northcountysandiegoliving7385 Thanks for making a video that brought back fond memories for me. You've earned a sub :) Also, Kansas City has gotten rough, I don't live there myself, but I certainly avoid it like the plague.
That’s was a beautiful video of Fallbrook. I haven’t been on that trail in years…I’ll have to take boys on a hike there. And to bad I’m not over 55years old 😂cause that is a beautiful place😊
Thanks! Yeah you and your boys would love that trail. I might buy a place in that community when I turn 55. Im currently making a video of the Carlsbad Village. Maybe I’ll stop in and surprise you girls with my camera.
@@northcountysandiegoliving7385 I’m always looking for fun new trails to walk with the boys…so I’ll have to take boys..and if I show them your video I’m sure they will go. Well you have a long time until you turn 55😂😂so it’s nice that your mom and dad live there so you can go visit. I heard you say you would be in the village 😊☕️you should totally stop by and see us…
@@northcountysandiegoliving7385 Why wait till 55? I have lived in Fallbrook for 14 yrs. One of best places to live in Cali. Im in my 40's as well. Fallbrook is cool. Thanks for video.
@@bongdonkey I’m with you, no reason to wait! Glad you enjoyed the video. I’m hoping to make another video of the Avocado Festival coming up this month. Maybe see you there.
Lolz... Just hilarious. My family owned 16 acres of avos and oranges in the late 60s and we sold in 1977 for about a mil. (Off El Nido) That land now is worth at least 100 mil. And is all houses wih no property. Sad. Those yupiies or whatever they are have no idea how amazing Fallbrook was in the 70's. When it flooded in winter by Bonsall (it was a liquor store, a post office and a realtors office..thats it) We tied a60 ft rope around the bridge and boogie boarded against the current like behing a ski boat. Which was very strong. Nobody died, the cops never told us to leave. It was EPIC. Enjoy your soft life with your millions in real estate.
At this point I am doing everything. I use a stabilizer/gimble for the walking scenes, a tri-pod for still shots and my drone for the landscape shots. I use KineMaster to edit everything and pan in and out of shots. Hope that helps.
I’ve never seen a rattlesnake in Fallbrook but I’m sure they exist, especially if you go hiking in the area. There are definitely rattlesnakes throughout the San Diego County area.

Interesting fact: Fallbrook is the largest US producer of macadamia nuts outside of Hawaii!
Big shot out to u brother, made this town sound a whole lot greater🤟❗💫
Just call me the Fallbrook hype guy haha. Thanks!
Fallbrook is my hometown I have been living In Fallbrook sense I was one
Non-profit Fallbrook Trails Council owns the easements to the trails and maintains them for the Santa Margarita Trails Preserve.
Stay out of one of the older gated neighborhoods-it looks nice but has a super controlling HOA and ridiculously high monthly HOA dues.
There’s a lot of property crime so make sure you have cameras installed and a good gate
Drug related?
I never made it to Fallbrook when I lived there. Wish I would of.

Who partied at the "flats"? If you know you know ;)
So what's it like to live in Fallbrook, CA?
How do you go about making the Clip? Is someone doing the filming editing etc? Great video

Yup. Already found a couple on my property.
Oodles. I killed about 40 before leaving for college at 18.
I was told by Animal Services that there is not any area of California that is free of Rattlesnakes. They are EVERYWHERE!
I live here
I'm interested, but the schools are scored so low
"A little country town?" Maybe in 1975. The population grown since the late 70s / ear 80s is nauseating.
Lived there my whole life lots of crime. You should probably stay in orange county
Hahaha thanks man. I actually live in Carlsbad but love the OC
Must be a war zone in other parts of San diego
@@Piratekingdeiry Cray Cray!
Live somewhere else
Great comment 🤣
I’ve lived here since ‘84. Fallbrook is trash now and it’s only getting worse.
Oh wow. Is crime that bad?
