I mix the fair and the medium, so that's an investment! I've found that I can wear it with or without moisturizer underneath. I forgot to put moisturizer on one day, but then noticed my skin was so soft with just this product on. I have combo skin. I also wear Drmtlgy physical tinted moisturizer, but it's not consistent on me even when I wear nothing underneath it. Sometimes it looks perfect and other times it's way too glowy.
I absolutely love all the Colorscience products. I love the 3 2 1 eye concealer and the lip gloss. I use the color bombs for Blush, lips, and even eyes! Amazing product line.
Thank you for trying this, I am very interested, especially since it's not sponsored. I have to admit though that the price scared me away. I guess I'll be waiting to be able to afford it.
I’m intrigued! Glad to see this is cruelty free, vegan and they “even require non-animal testing statements on all raw materials before final formula approval” according to their website.
Love the video. I’ve wondered about this product. I did find I can get this w my fsa card so it helps in price. Also what dewy finishing spray and highlighter did you use?
The sunscreen looks wonderful on both of you! I'm not a fan of the DRMTLGY tinted moisturizer so I really think this might work for me but I'm light (not fair) and I'm concerned the medium will be too dark. I will probably pick it up. Thanks for the great review 💜
I was diagnosed with areas of basal cell carcinoma on my face so SPF is really important - definately going to give this one a go! On a random note, what blush are both of you beautiful ladies using?!
@lindagulliver Hi Linda! Yes! I have previously been diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma as well. Although it wasn’t on my face, it was enough to scare me and make sure that I am protecting myself against the sun! I love that this has a PA++++ rating! Also, Cheryl and I are both wearing the elf camo liquid blush. Her shade is Dusty Rose and mine is Suave Mauve. Thanks for commenting! 🥰
Great video - so much useful information! Wondering if, after a full day, does it settle into fine lines and wrinkles? Does the moisture hold or does it dry out? Thanks!!
Hi, new follower here. Dermatology sunscreen was too sheer for me. Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer spf 30 works pretty good. Thinking of trying this or Ilia. (I watched your other videos.) Since I don’t add foundation and the rest of my makeup products are budget friendly I don’t mind spending more on this type of product. I’m in my 50s too. Would you recommend I try Ilia or Colorscience? Thanks! Loving your reviews.
@silviahayakawa6655 Hi!! Thanks so much! 🥰 We would definitely recommend Colorescience. We absolutely LOVE this product. It is definitely on the pricier side, but totally worth it in our opinion!
Love this review, Ladies. I just received my order and can’t wait to use it. Did you find that the coverage lasted all day? I love the way it looks on both of you and am hoping I get the same results 😁🤞
@carriefields3445 Yay!! Yes, it did last all day, however, we were not in the sun all day. I am sure that if you were in the sun the majority of the day you would have to reapply it often. Let us know how it works for you!!! ❤️
Hi! It's Cheryl! I love them both for different reasons. Both worked on my 56 yo skin. The DRMTLGY is sheer coverage and a dewy finish. The ColoreScience is a fuller coverage with a more satin finish. But, neither creased or made my skin look dry. I love the way my skin looks with both. Hope that helps!
Why you gotta mess up my tinted moisturizer world? I really love DRMTLGY because I feel like it’s the one tinted moisturizer that actually moisturizes and allows me to put on enough to get the benefit of the sunscreen. But, to be honest, in the winter, I enhance it with a bit of Jones Road WTFoundation (great for dry skin) and in the spring and summer, I enhance it with either Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer or Thrive. Now, this one seems like maybe it’s a contender. Hmmm….and I’m more of a Cheryl - 56 years old and prefer tinted moisturizers to full coverage. hmmmmmmm….
Hi! It's Cheryl. I am a devoted tinted moisturizer fan. But this! Game changer for me! I wish it had a little bit more of a dewy finish, but this really gives a step up in coverage from my beloved DRMTLGY.
@@2AverageGals Oh, my. Within 24 hours of ordering, I received my order! I got the medium because, while I tend toward light, it seems like whatever color works for the two of you generally works for me (I learned my lesson with Fiera), and this is a great match! And Wow, re: the coverage! This is just my first day with it, and I did have to moisturize well before putting it on fully. Otherwise this felt a tiny bit dry on me. But the coverage is great and it's playing well with my makeup! I think my overall year-round preference will be DRMTLGY, enhanced with either foundation or another tinted moisturizer... but this stuff is worth the price and, yes - definitely a step up in coverage!
I’m always looking for a tinted sunscreen with a matte finish for the summer months. I live in the south where it gets nearly 100% humidity in the summer. This looks absolutely gorgeous!🩷
I have purchased 4 of these so far. I think it is fantastic. on no makeup days - it's so nice. LOVE it.
Thanks for sharing your experience!!

Color balm...not color bomb...🤣
The coverage is beautiful on both of you! Great review.
@theprettyintellectual Thank you so much!! 🥰

@mfaf550 That really is the unfortunate part. We wish it wasn’t so expensive either.
I agree the price is steep. I did order it and Im going to use it as a foundation/sunsrceen. If I layer it I should get the spf on the label.

@technicolorbutterfly9756 We are too! 🥰
56?! Hard to believe, you look much younger!
On another note, my FSA account reimburses me for this. Such a win!! 🙌🙌
@karengrunch8115 That’s awesome!! 🥰
Thanks so much, will definitely give this a try! I love the Dermatology Tinted Sunscreen but I too could use a little more coverage.
@GardeningOnTaylorMountain We love DRMTLGY Tinted Sunscreen too but absolutely love the coverage we go with this one! 🥰

@kimvillasenor3 Thank you so much!! They do have a color match on their website so hopefully that will be helpful with shade selection! 🥰
Oh, I can’t wait to try this now!! Thank you, lovely ladies! Also, love the nail polish that Cheryl is wearing. Can you please share brand & color?
Hi! It's Cheryl! I'm actually wearing Impress No Glue Mani Press on Nails in #43 Cloud Blue!!

@ldlonghouse This did not settle into our fine line and wrinkles nor did it dry us out ☺️

I’m curious to know if you preferred this tinted sunscreen or DRMTLGY brand of tinted moisturizing sunscreen better for mature skin (58yo)?

Have you tried the Naked Sundays mineral sunscreen spf 50
