Wow this theme feels like it appeared completely out of the blue! Nice surprise.
Love the retro style art and the 60s surf band instrumentals a- la "The Ventures" and "The Tornados". Nice change from the jarring, repetative and in your face audio blasts that Stern games have. It remains to be seen how the audio is integrated and mixed on this one. And, gotta diffuse thos LED strip lights, but Looks great!
Makes me want to take my Fender Jaguar out and learn the Ultraman theme song. :)

Two fantastic reveals guys! Well done to Team Spooky.
A fun multiplayer mode: every player has a time limit of three minutes (like Ultraman). Highest score wins. When the time is close to being up, some of the playfield lights could turn red and flicker faster and faster till time is up.

The game looks awesome.The gameplay looks awesome; the artwork too! You guys do the absolute best so I have to vote for the next theme because I'm already so excited: 1. What We Do in the Shadows 2. Evil Dead 3. another Big Lebowski option.

Multiple themes with the same layout is the BEST idea ever! great job Spooky! I hope you do this on future pins as well. From a marketing/manufacturing standpoint this concept seems to be very economically sound idea! Can't wait to see what's next. How about Scooby Doo and The Exorcist!!!

What's your first impression for this and Halloween? To me standard edition is one of the best values for a NiB game on the market.. unlike stern and JJP you still get all the mechs , ramps, and upper playfields .the upgrades are pretty much just cosmetic and although they are beautiful they aren't needed to experience the full game.. I really like Spookys approach to the 3 models they offer, mainly because you get the whole game even when you buy a standard edition
@@TiltingT I like the art on both. Not sure about the playfield design - very unconventional looking. I'd like to see it up close. I'm sure plenty of vids will come out. Definitely like the packages too - esp. what you said. I think having to pay extra for the whole package is a ripoff. Both pins look really cool, I tend towards the Ultraman one for whatever reason. I'm just grateful pinball is alive and well.

Well looks like ima try to get my first Spooky title.
I like it. Had to google ultraman. But for those that like the layout and aren’t feeling Halloween it’s a cool alternative. Not for me. But very cool layout.
Now you have worked with Tsuburaya Productions, see if you can get the OK for a Godzilla pinball. The one for the 1998 film was, in my opinion, a joke. I think you will need to make at least 3,000 of them though. So they can go into video/pinball arcades, as well as for private use.

It has a topper, and that only comes with the Collectors... so maybe collectors. Makes me wonder if the Science Ship on top tier is the exclusive licensed toy... just speculations. But am I wrong that only the CE comes with the topper?

Its the CE since it has the Topper, the orange plastic protectors and the Ship toy. The others don't have that.

They won't make AKIRA, unless they can find a way for Kaneda not to get one.

1 is family friendly, 1 is adult oriented, both are sold at the same time so customers can choose what suits them. :-)

I'm curious, what is it about an alternate art package that makes the other less appealing? Are you just that much more of a fan of Ultraman that the excitement of this package overshadows Halloween?

This would be cool, but the table layout is nearly identical to your Halloween table...... looks like you just put different graphics and a few minor changes on the same table. That is super lame! Every table NEEDS to be distinct and totally different from the others!!!

@@scottlarmore5038 you’re looking at it as 2 games with duplicated playfields, when it’s actually 1 game with 2 theme options. I think it’s a neat way to diversify and give people the choice.

This is literally the same layout as Halloween. Kinda boring the games are exactly alike.
I think you're missing the point. They are the same layouts with two different themes. It's intended that way
@Matt Perri why does it affect the game? I don't understand. You only need to play one? At least it gives you an option.
@Matt Perri I see your point, but most pins are hitting a ball at targets or ramps. I don't think the theme has as much impact as it would appear... I suppose Spooky doing this shatters the illusion
