1. You need to prune them. Discard all the thin canes as these canes used up energy from the plant & cause it to grow but not enough energy to produce buds-blooms 2.Bend the canes 45 degree or parallel for them to have new shoots, new shoots will have higher chances of having buds but need fertilizer 3. Feed fertilizer once a week, foliar spray once a week. 4. At least 6-8 hours of full sun
