    It seems like the quality and choice of higher-grade solid caps indicate that this charger was manufactured by the same source as their other traditional chargers. It's interesting because the compact 35W doesn't use the same caps, or certain components, so maybe it's sourced from somewhere else.
    great vid again! now can't wait for you to test the fast charging on the m2 MacBook air

      Is this better than the compact version? In what what way exactly?

    Thanks so much to ChargerLab for this very informative tear down video that show the various charging wattages when used to charge various APPLE devices together or as single. Such info allow users to pair two APPLE devices to be charged simultaneously more effectively. However, this charger will have a difficult time charging any APPLE laptops when it’s in use. The charging time would be longer
    However, the ability to detach the prongs is definitely a use feature as mentioned by ChargerLAB because we can swap it with a 3-pin type for earthing purposes. As usual quality components are used and it’s well designed and manufactured. This model is definitely more useful than the other 35 W 2 USB-C port charger.
    Thanks ChargerLab 👍🏽

      Is earthing in this case just for safety?

      @@jameswoll A lot of chargers don’t have prong for Earth as these are considered extremely low voltage and the output is DC, so don’t posed any real danger to users. Unless the design is so bad and the components used are of so low quality, then the danger is a short-circuit or explosion, both of which the Earth prong can’t help.
      The detachable prongs are more of functional as it allows us to use other prongs meant for different countries. Or re-use them just in case either the prong or charger is faulty.
      Hope this helps

    when you have one device connected and you connect another one does the charger restart charging?

    • @ChargerLAB
      @ChargerLAB  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The power will drop and then come back to normal, but it won't restart charging.

      @@ChargerLAB thanks! that would be the first charger than doesn't restart charging that I know of
