The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back.

Hi Alessia! This video is very timely and i appreciate you sharing your insights on envy and comparison. Although I have struggled with envy growing up and for a long time now, i know my attempts to tend to my triggers and search for answers in understanding why i feel the way i feel i know i have come a long way and have many tiny breakthroughs that makes sense as i grow older. One of the things i would usually read about envy in hopes to overcome it is reading stuff on social media such as “turning envy into inspiration” or “you shouldn’t be envious of your friends” while it sounds ideal it can also register like invalidation and shaming people who feel envy because sometimes we do feel this stuff not by choice and with unawareness and also societal programming. No one really talks about the “HOW” on this sayings and therefore makes those envious more and more feeling inferior and the envied superior and supported. I appreciate your video because you didn’t say it in a way like pushing it down our throats or making the envious feel wrong for feeling so. You indicated practical examples on the HOW and explain why it might help rewire our brains when we found ourselves comparing. Thank you!

I've been called ugly my whole life and no one ever told me otherwise so I started to believe it like I get that you must find confidence in yourself and stop caring about what others think but it just feels like you're deluding and lying to yourself.
you may not have the kind of beauty that a lot of people like but the thing is,Alessia said it too,everything has its own beauty. even the smallest things. not everyone will find you pretty and that is totaly okay. even if 1% of the population finds you beautiful,that is still a lot. don't strive for external validation,find it within yourself. love yourself enough,so you can attract people that respect you and find you beautiful.
