@@ra_az. same here maam, baby do it cause they know we love them and we never gonna hurt them, but we have to stop this behaviour, whenever he scratch you hold his hands look at him in anger and count from 1 to 10. This will improve eye contact and aggressive behaviour both.

I understand your disappointment when you don't get result with your efforts. But "giving up" can never be the solution of any problem.
Living with disappointment or giving a Positive Fight back to the situation is ALWAYS A MATTER OF CHOICE!!

I did not gave up, but I understood that, our efforts don't bring any changes , as long as child himself put at least little effort .We can train a child who want to be trained. We can teach , if he want to learn.
As long as we don't know what is in his mind, we will not get the right path to help him, especially when he don't want the help which we consider as help.
Time only can change the course . Physical disability to talk can not be changed even by medical science . It is a fact, we should understand and move on.
Keep talking to child , help all the way, he may speak when the physical disability if disappears. Every soul have its own way, we can not force any soul.
