Well, I prefer Projector A, which if I understood correctly is the default settings. Projector B looks oversaturated and kind of blurred. For example at 0:16 there is more detail on the meat and the fabric. The same can be said in other examples. At 0:34, with the young woman, Projector B's image looks more saturated, more smooth and the hair is darker, kind of red instead of the probably correct brown color and with almost no detail.
