Hi rasa pls do a meditation to heal childhood trauma..
Thank you for your suggestion! Healing childhood trauma through meditation is an important topic, and I do have at least a couple of guided meditations on healing the inner child here on TH-cam. This should help you in some way, but I also believe that such things would need to be addressed with a therapist or talked about with someone you love. I also have a meditation course on healing the inner child, discourse is exclusively on my meditation app, and right now is a good time to download the app (Pura Rasa Meditations) as it has 30-day free subscription for a limited time only, so you would be able to try it out and do the course.
