How can you get rare stuff
Probably late but you can get some rare stuff through leveling. I know you're guaranteed at least one rare at level 10 and then after that you have a good chance of getting one. Once you get enough you can rare trade to get ones you actually want and if you're lucky you might come across a rare giveaway artbook like I did.
