(smile) That's a rather duplicitous statement. When ANY member in the Nation of Islam is suspended, that suspension is a period of disassociation- that is the purpose of the suspension. Having held as many posts of authority in the Nation of Islam as he mentioned, how many members was he responsible for suspending in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and New York, where he held this authority, because their behavior was inappropriate and that suspension carried with it disassociation? When a giant or star decides to leave the Nation of Islam, they absolutely have that right- but painting a subtle picture of victomhood is not a part of that right. As for the incessant comparison with Malcolm X and his departure from the Nation of Islam, Brother Malcolm X AS WELL AS ALL of the Nation of Islam Ministers were told to have nothing to say concerning the death of President Kennedy in November of 1963- Malcolm X was the ONLY Minister that violated that order. As Brother Khallid was constantly told by his Teacher, to speak the truth, but STOP RESORTING TO CHEAP, MOCKING NAME CALLING of people, which is unbecoming of a National Spokesman. He too violated a clear instruction and was reprimanded as HE HIMSELF has reprimanded those under HIS authority for the many years he served in those high positions. Our eloquence is not a threat to anyone; our gifts, talents and abilities are not a threat to organization- our rebellion to the same laws, rules and regulations we hold others to is.
