We woman, always have this dual role to play. We are Tender like a Flower and Strong like a Bullet. Yes, today on Woman's Day, let me share this poem that I have penned for you
“Woman - tender like a Flower, Strong like a Bullet”
In this conflicting world, a man’s land,
A woman, a paradox of nature, is here to stand.
Tender like a flower, her spirit blooms,
Yet strong like a bullet, she defies all gloom.
A nurturer, she carries life's sacred flame,
Her warmth a balm, her embrace a sheltering frame.
She nurtures dreams, igniting a spark,
Guiding souls, helping them in the dark.
But behold her strength, when injustice descends
She rises like a storm, a warrior who fends.
In the face of adversity, she takes the lead
Fierce and unyielding, she protects her breed
With a voice of thunder, she speaks for the weak,
Fighting battles, for the justice she seeks.
So let her be, this dichotomy rare,
A tender flower, yet strong beyond compare.
For in her duality, the world finds its light,
A harmonious blend, a balance so right.

Who am I?
I am Lipika Sud - an Entrepreneur, Designer, Artist, Content Creator and Teacher. I practice Interior Design as it is my passion and have run several companies successfully over the last 30+ years.
An alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce in New Delhi with a Post Graduation Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), I have also done LLB from Law Faculty Delhi University.
I truly believe that Passion, Enterprise and Technology go hand in hand and therefore I like to share topics related to all three.
Having done Entrepreneurship and Leadership Management from Indian School of Business (ISB) and Interior Design & Design Thinking for Innovation from University of Virginia, with an Independent Director Certificate from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs - GoI, it helps me understand the relationship of the Creative World with the Business World.
