One thing I can’t skip in my morning routine is praying a specific prayer asking God “What do you have for me today?” Ever since I started doing g this I have seen God so clearly in my day to day life!

One thing that is a must in my morning routine as a muslim is definitely subh prayer, then i’d like to spend some time playing games on my phone to get me awake slowly. During weekdays, i usually take a shower and get ready while watching youtube in the background. A slow morning routine is always so important to set the tone for a productive day.

Hi Annika! Something I absolutely CANNOT skip out on in my morning routine is my morning prayer and spending time in God’s. It helps me feel grounded and sets the tone for the rest of my morning or day. I always make sure to wake up 30 mins earlier than I need to, to supplement for my devition! ❤😊
The most essential thing in my morning routine is my morning prayer it brings me peace and it sets the tone for the day, then I love when my mornings are slow and quiet though it's not most the days because of work but I really appreciate those morning when I have them. And lastly l'm always excited to have breakfast and my morning coffee 😂.

one thing i can’t skip in my morning routine is: being in a rush! ngl, i wish i had more of a set routine, which is why i gravitate to your content. a “live vicariously through you” type of thing! but hopefully this will change this year as i’ll be *trying* to prioritise having a routine and structured life. :)✨

Not to be basic but my morning coffee is essential. Every morning my husband makes me a coffee and bring it to me in bed. It’s not just the caffeine, but the little act of kindness from my husband that starts my day off right ❤
Growing up my mom would always tell me to drink hot/warm water right when I wake up so this has become a big part of my morning routine. I think it helps a lot with starting your day the right way and prepares your body for the day. I would recommend it to everyone!

Hi Annika ❤ one thing I cannot skip is my morning coffee brewing ritual, hand-grinding the beans and hand-brewing the coffee, before anyone is up, usually watch the sun go up or just relax and read or watch something calming, this is my type of meditation 🥰

One thing I MUST have in my morning routine is reading. I keep my kindle under my pillow so I can read instead of checking my phone. I recently fell in love with reading again during a tough time stuck at home last year, and it has been my form of meditation. After that I drink my electrolytes and head for a workout.
one thing that’s essential in my morning routine is my high protein breakfast- i have the same breakfast every morning and it makes me sooo excited to get out of bed every morning and ever since i started eating it i’ve noticed huge improvements in my acne and my energy levels throughout the day. love ur vids ❤❤

One essential part of my morning routine is writing a five-minute gratitude journal first thing. It makes me reflect on everything I sometimes take for granted because I'm so used to them being there. It also forces me to think about new things to be grateful for every day since I don't want to repeat the same things. Because of this, I have found beauty in the most simple things. Also, I neeeed to plan out my day, that planner is amazing.
I know im basic but for me a morning essential is just my coffee, little prayer when im still in my bed 😅, skincare and makeup. I literally neverr skip those steps. Also love those chatty vlogs from you Annika they are so comforting 🫶

Whenever I am doing my morning routine, something that I can never skip is looking myself in the mirror while doing my skincare and reflecting on what my goal for the day is. It is very important for me to wake up and start the day feeling grateful, as it motivates me to be positive about my day and all things that I'll be doing. One thing I always have in my morning routine is to plan my day do some gratitude journaling and also have free space page for journal entry throughout my day or just put down my thoughts on the paper to make sure my mind is clear and stable and ready to start my day cuz I'm super overthinking person and it's very essential for me to put some times in the morning as me time to just sit down have my coffee with light background music or just listening to podcast while I'm journal and writing my Thanksgiving list for God for what I'm grateful today and my journal has three parts writing 3 things I'm grateful for that 3 daily affirmations or just write a quote and set 3 daily intentions and one free page to journal my thoughts that's I do everyday... the one thing that has changed my mornings/days is having a little coffee/breakfast ritual!! i always get excited to wake up and have a moment to prepare my food and my little drink. def one of the best self care things i do for myself 🫶🏻
One thing that is absolutely essential in my morning routine is making my bed. As simple of a chore as it is, I feel like coming back from a long day at school and seing my bed put together just makes such a big difference.

I can’t skin my skincare and getting no ready/doing my makeup in the morning before work. I used to eventually skip makeup at some point with my previous jobs but it literally not only helps me wake up in the mornings but also helps me feel so put together for the day!! i cannot go my work days without doing this!

My morning routine is just running to catch a bus to go to work on time. But a must, no matter how late I get, is to change all of my jewellery to match my fit. It completes me. Lots of love. ❤

My morning routine that cannot skip is doing prayer early.spend some time with my garden check its updation, it's really soothing and kept feels peace. Another is todo list for a day in mind and doing morning things calm because i don't want in rush.

The absolute must in my morning routine is water, followed by a nourishing breakfast, I really need to feel fuelled in order to start my intense day. Once when I was struggling with my relationship with food I thought I was wrong in feeling the need to eat in the morning, but I realised I feel so much happier and energised if I do it (and even happier if I eat in a guilty-free way). Food is fuel and water is primary need, first thing every day🤍

One thing I must have in my morning routine is my skincare! I started curology about a month and a half ago and it's been working pretty well for me, but after I run out of this month's products, I'm planning to switch to la roche posay and the ordinary. I've struggled with acne since middle school, and it's finally starting to clear up, with minor breakouts here and there. I got a compliment on my skin last week at work, where a nice lady told me my skin looks flawless!! It definitely needs some more work and care, but that compliment boosted my confidence and made me feel encouraged for my skincare journey!
Something that I can never skip in my morning routine is breakfast can't think without food in my system. Also, I try as soon as I wake up to give thanks for the day and all my blessing ( working on being more consistent on it).

One thing I can't skip in my morning routine is rising gently. I used to be chronically late in the morning and would go from sleeping directly to jumping up and being in a rush to get ready and go. I started waking up in 3 steps now because I couldn't handle the anxiety in the morning anymore. I wake up to my alarm and lay with my eyes closed for a few minutes, then I sit up for a few minutes, and then finally I stand. It's such a small thing but it's helped me wake up calmly.

The one thing that’s super essential for my morning routine is making a caffeinated beverage whether it’s tea, matcha, or coffee I’ve gotta have it. Not sure if you like lavender, but adding lavender extract to matcha with vanilla creamer is incredibly good!!
If I had to choose one thing, that I absolutely MUST have in my mourning routine it would be prayer! I've seen how it just gives me the energy I need, to start a new day🤍
Something I would say is a no brainer for my morning routine is once my doggie and I are about to have breakfast or a quick breakfast for me before work I make sure we both pray since religion for me has gotten more important in my life and including my son ( my husky) in it has made my heart full.

Happy 2025❣️i purchased a book, The Artist’s Way, and just began doing Morning Pages. I incorporated it during my morning sit-down time where i read my bible and pray. It’s very similar to what you mentioned of just writing down anything, no prompt or purpose, it feels great to clear my head and any thoughts I have. I really hope to be able to start pilates this year too! :3

One thing that is essential in my morning routine is having coffee/ breakfast time for like a full hour. I like to relax while I do it even if it means I have to wake up and hour earlier then I would normally to get to class/ appointments.
Morning must have is listening to a podcast (typically self-helf or faith focused plugging Saved Not Soft here 🤭) while I walk my dog and have a fun drink to sip while I go. So therapeutic and makes the overall quality of my day way better.
