Whatever materials that are used in this are easily available at home. This procedure helps us with the preparation of Organic manure from our home waste.

I think nitrogen to carbon ratio is 1 :2 for regular pile or heap compost. One part green and 2 part dry waste. Atleast we have to use 1: 1 if we use more dirt. I think more nitrogen (Green or Wet waste) creates bad smell.
