I love that you’re using products I can get at the store without breaking my budget lol 😂 You used several things I didn’t know about. Also I’m going to try this routine cause this looks amazing 🤩 Also I like how you mentioned your hair wasn’t babied. Haha loved the wording cause you pegged it right!
Thank you for explaining things for us newer to the cg stuff. I didn't know what a microplop was I just assumed it was a short amount of time rather than the hour . Your videos are so underrated. Thanks for be you :)
I want to wear my hair natural. For hair health but also to save time!! Been straightening for 20 yrs. But so far all videos I’ve seen it takes 5x as long as it would to blow out & flat iron! All the millions of products, plopping, defusing for 45+ min.. Thank you for this video!!
It doesn't for me .Just try using 1-2 products and either diffuse or air dry. I dont find it takes that long. Diffusi g doesn't take too lomg if you don't try to do 100% dry.
I have medium strand hair and tons of it, very thick head of hair and it's a little longer than my shoulder when dry. My diffusing is barely 20 mins, I do like to plop for 15 mins while doing other things and then diffuse to 80 -90%. Plopping does help with dry time a lot if your hair can handle it. It def takes a while at first cuz I'm still figuring things out, just started. Its more the aching on my hands after all the scrunching and shaky legs from crouching!
Your hair turned out looking beautiful Jordon. Thanks for all the tips! I was glad to see that you can use the difuser to dry, being that the weather is now cold.
I just discovered that I have really wavy hair a couple months ago after having gone without heat during quarantine, and it’s been a struggle for me. Thank you for explaining everything so clearly! It really helped this newbie out, and I’ll be sleeping in the cast for the first time tonight. 😁
Great, easy, time saving routine! Your hair looks great! For the wash day (do you remember how long after diffusing you slept on it? When was your hair 100%?) Your tutorials are so easy to understand. Thank you
Hey Jordan, I see this was originally posted one year ago. Do you still use a leave-in on your wavy hair? If you do, is there one you recommend that’s not too heavy for waves.
Hey! I’ve talked about this a few times since :) I don’t use leave in very often anymore, but sometimes I still will, especially in the colder months. Some favorites that don’t weigh me down are TréLuxe untie the knot and Garnier hydrating treat 3-in-1
My absolute WORST thing so far in my wavy hair transition/journey is preserving any niceness over night lol. I’ve tried like every technique available and some work but not every time 🙃🙃
Same! And I'm so used to showering at night and not doing anything in the morning. I need something workable for Sunday morning and Bible study mornings when I don't have time to wash and probably not refresh. Will try this tonight and see how it comes out! Worst case is the ponytails I usually end up wearing anyway!
my hair feels greasy if I let it air dry. also I get a headache if I dont dry my hair immediately. another issue is I have no idea how to style my hair after applying this method and going to bed at the end of that day. My hair looks crazy in the morning. am I supposed to this every single day?
It depends on your hair and the products and techniques you’re using to styling! I do get more volume when I diffuse and when my hair is shorter with lots of layers
I’m not sure! I always thought maybe it was because if you had a pixie haircut you’d diffuse with the dryer up against your head like that because the hair is so short, but I really don’t know and that was just my brain’s way of making it make sense I think haha
Your background is perfect for your hair color. Lots of girls don’t think about that.
Thank you!
This is what I do on Saturday night to shorten my Sunday morning routine before church!
So smart! I did this last night to shorten my morning routine today 😊
That's what I'm looking for! Did it work well for you? I don't have any of her products exactly but similar one

Thank you!! I love affordable and accessible products, and I need a realistic routine so I want to make sure to share that with others 😊❤️

My hair was 100% percent dry before going to bed, it was about 3 hours after diffusing :)

Aussie Instant Freeze is one of my favorites
Ive been lucky. My hair usually looks ok day 2 just shaking/finger combing it out. Day 3 and 4 I refresh.
That’s great!
Love the PJ's! So fun!

I’d love to see that new diffusing routine at some point!

It can be tricky! Just remember not to be too hard on yourself 💞

It’s totally up to you. I only style my hair about once a week. Make sure you’re using some sort of sleep protection to preserve the style :)
LOVE the PJs ❤🎊💚
Thank you!! 😊🎄
Totally gonna try this for Christmas morning! Thanks for this video ❤️
Yay, I hope it works well!! Thank you 😊
Did you leave the mask in?
Yes, I used it as leave in conditioner :)
Is it impossible to get this much volume wtihout diffusing?
It depends on your hair and the products and techniques you’re using to styling! I do get more volume when I diffuse and when my hair is shorter with lots of layers
I wonder why it’s called “pixie” diffusing? 🤔
I’m not sure! I always thought maybe it was because if you had a pixie haircut you’d diffuse with the dryer up against your head like that because the hair is so short, but I really don’t know and that was just my brain’s way of making it make sense I think haha
Tip: do intermittent fasting. So no breakfast and 2 mails only. Try a scoop cocosoil when its difficult. SO I lost 24 kilos. Succes!
What about this video made you want to tell me a dieting tip?
Great idea!^_^
Thank you!!
