It's not Ruhina's fault, she was also upset with behroze as she knew that he was not sharing his inner feelings with her, during her second pregnancy in one of the episodes she told him that he doesn't share anything with her, Look at his behaviour even with Sohaib, directly he is not telling anything to Sohaib but his cold behaviour days everything.
