Thanks for brightening our day! lol Seriously, your work is super important to some of us silenced people out here, as I'm sure your know. I'm in Maryville, TN and have been stuck in a power vacuum for many years largely due to the abuse cover up in the local mental health industry as well as the Presbyterians. I'm stuck dealing with them for life as things stand since this all began when I was attending a Presbyterian based private college and majoring in psychology when my eldest son began mistreating my younger two. Parents are the only ones with legal access to all the pieces of the puzzle in the systemic generation and maintenance of these types of hidden abuses, so I have lots of evidence but am completely shunned and suffering physically from it all. I know I need lay-like help first in order to cope emotionally and physically, but we rely on professionals to bring us with similar experiences together. They're paid to provide access to peer support for non-offending parents and family members, and they advertise that these services are given, but they are definitely not really given. So we're isolated and dependent of the paid professionals who shun us after they've gotten paid. Any pointers? (P.S.: I love you for what you do!)
I just realized that if you did have the ability to respond to me and wanted to, you might not want to do so publicly, so my email is gelindamckee@gmail.com.
Such lovely work you do! Thank You. I have a similar story of a Finnish wife to an Australian that I was interpreting for . The wife had had access to listen to a meeting with some of the most powerful Egyptian sheiks. Being her open heartfelt cosmopolitan self. They had been married n the Australian came over to pay one last tribute to his late wife. She had died in an accident at an unguarded train-crossing. We met her teacher friend n couple . Lovely ppl. According to the wife's relatives she was peasantry. Nothing but. We get trodden under the feet of the? Family. I translated her poem about a pearl of dewdrop going on an ORBIT around the universe. I have lost the cooking notes I had it in. I wish I hadn't.
I deeply thank God for all your good & hard work for His Kingdom. Oh, how I wish you could speak in Japanese or Japanese Pastors could understand English good enough to understand everything what you have said. Please pray for the nation of Japan, especially those who call themselves Pastors without God's calling on their lives, or even don't have Holy Spirit in their hearts. God have mercy on them! Our hope is only in Him, Jesus Christ our Savior! Much love & appreciation, Ex-Japanese
