Ok so lemme get this straight.. You have to go back to 2 places that you'd normally never go back to for you to be able to get 2 bonus world stages unlocked to only then have the final level unlocked after you beat those? Who in their right mind would think to do this without a guide unless they were completely out of ideas
You see the green miner Poplin on the bottom at 17:36? I've been trying to fill out my map to get there, but I think beating the secret exit first progressed the story to where that path never filled out; even taking the normal exit doesn't do anything. Either way I have 100% on my file, I was just curious what that part of the map was
He only appears there after you clear the course for the first time and then disappears once the world's Royal Seed is collected, with the path being blocked off. There are paths like this next to the previous two courses, An Uncharted Area: Wubba Ruins and Another Uncharted Area: Swaying Ruins, with the same Poplin that also get blocked off.
@@BeardBear Secret Exits have a red Bowser flag. The level in question has a fake exit that doesn't mark the level as solved. (However, reaching the top of the flagpole still counts.)
Sure. The two goals are still hidden and if I don't put those in the video people would point that out as well. Royal Seed Mansion doesn't even have a flagpole, but that's a secret many people will struggle to find. Just wanted to make a complete video. If you don't need this section, you can skip it. Not a big deal, I would say.
@@BeardBear it actually made the whole thing really confusing. i replayed the level thinking i needed a secret exit just for you to show the completely normal exit.
I can’t seem to find the normal exit. I’ve been through the one where Mario looks around, I’ve been through the one after the wonder seed, but that bottom route won’t open. Must be a third somewhere.
I don't remember the secret exit in Hot-Hot Hot! even though I 100% completed the game. I definitely got it because it contains a Wonder Seed. Also, you forgot the secret exits in Jump! Jump! Jump!, An Uncharted Area: Wubba Ruins and Another Uncharted Area: Swaying Ruins.
@@benkeates7818 They do have secret exits, kind of. They have two goals with one not allowing any progress after clearing and being easier to get to and the other usually requiring a Wonder Effect to reach. One course like this, A Final Uncharted Area: Poison Ruins is included in the video.
@@21backwards78 I have the game but working on Spider-Man 2 first lol but I thought that badge was just for collectibles but didn't know about secret exits so I appreciate it!
ive done all the secret exits, collected all the flower coins and wonder seeds, and there still are levels with a question mark on them, how can i open those?
@@Doppo69It's the one that's required to progress. It has the normal exit design but the actual main exit is found just by falling into the pit and going to the right, which doesn't allow any progress to be made and isn't required for 100% completion as it doesn't contain a Wonder Seed.
Go to the top right of the room that contains the courses 'Rolling-Ball Hall' and 'Revver Run' in the fourth world, Sunbaked Desert. There's a hidden pipe that leads to behind the waterfall that can be seen in Shining Falls, where Captain Toad is found. There are four other locations where Captain Toad hides: three in Pipe-Rock Plateau and one other in Sunbaked Desert.
I actually think Outmaway Valley’s NORMAL exit is way harder, cause it usually gets knocked away before I can react in time Edit: Okay, I can acknowledge when I’m a dumbass, ignore me
The secret exit in 1-2 was nasty

When i saw that red pipe i knew there was something there fuck i spent hours trying to find it i found most of the exits just not this one
uhh with the sensor badge obviously

I feel like everyone forgot that there's a sensor badge in the game that tells you where secret exits are. Thats how i found the 1-2 secret exit
You literally don't get the badge until later in the game though.
It never mentions that though
8:21 is not a secret exit. It's a normal exit required to progress. Same goes for the world 5 levels.

Did you buy the seeds
You don’t even need to buy wonder seeds, if you 100% every other level in w6 you get exactly enough seeds to go there
I just found the Bulrush one today lol
So if you get a third wonder seed that means you found a secret exit?
yes
