I love the Solido R34 and this is probably the best looking to date. The livery is just so iconic and also the very reason why this model will become really sort after once out of production.
Great model, again! One thing I think Maisto do better is the whole exhaust being a separately fitted part, on Solido jsut the moulding is painted, with a separate tip.

This falken spec r34 with the number 1 runed in super taikyu series in 2001, but the real as a different splitter and other body parts/sponsors, they just tried to mimic the paintjob bc other than the livery it looks pretty stock on the outside and way too high, seems like solido did their research wrong by labelling it JGTC.
Just a minor difference, compared with the Midnight Purple. Seems like around the “light bulb”, it’s a bit of dark paint, to make it look like a separate piece

That’s true, but the separate tip is much more detailed on Solido. Looks more realistic
