My father was an engineer in the water resource department in Madhya Pradesh. He is now retired in 2018. I have seen him working very hard and it was a tough job all I could say from my perspective. Although he had immense power and as children of a powerful bureaucrat, we have enjoyed every perk that the government offered to him.
Bro situation is not good in mp in water department their is chaces you get harrased by farmers if you are working in canal specifically they always break canals and give warning they will complain cm or collector

No bro after AE they got promotion to SDO.. But one more SDO is there which got through state civil service exm.
do not confuse by SDO AE .This is related to engineering only
do not compare this SDO to SDM or SDO recruited through bihar PCS.
This is not anumandal jo ek district mein 2,3 hote Hain.
Simply say AE
