Strengthen your hips and train your proactive balance

  • In this yoga practice, we work on training your proactive balance by intentionally moving your arms and legs within a balanced posture. The movement is expected, and you need to be able to stabilize yourself in a balanced posture while doing it. We will practice three different balancing poses with special emphasis on stretching and strengthening our hips. If you need a bit more support in some poses, you can lightly hold on to a chair or a wall.
