Anybody else wish they would gently touch the water in the background picture as your laying on your back listening to the sounds of nature and the world we live in as you think of your existence and the existence of others around you as the satisfaction of the mind being purified and the sense of saftey make your spirit and mind glow with the trees, plants, animals, and life...your life? Just me?
I just want to let you know, that this meditation has brought me inner healing, inner peace, and helped me to get some much needed rest, and brought healing in my twin flame union!
This music is to me like coming back home. I listen to it whenever I can, I sometimes even hum it. It’s like a fairytale, ( I feel myself as a fairy while listening🧚🏼♀️)- a perfect combination of music, water and birds. Sometimes I just cry, it’s so beautiful! Thank you for the the time of my life! ❤️❤️❤️
This music is good when you have the common cold, just make a nice cup of green tea sit with closed eyes while sipping the tea to this music. You get warm sensation through your body of joy and pleasure you feel like your body is floating in the air, its very wonderful and very healthy for the soul to relax that much ❤️
It has been my lifelong dream to find the environment likethis in the picture ,quiet, deep in the wood, full of tranquility, with the charping of the birds, the gloaking of the frogs, tenderly flowing of the stream. Subarashiidesu (wonderful) ? Arrigatou!

When I’m listening nature music i remember to my life and i say to God “Shukran” for my life,my family,my health and i again say“Shukran” we have a God which is we are refuge to p.s:(sorry my engilsh is not good) and I respect all religion

I honestly love listening to running water and birds. It is by far the most relaxing thing you can listen to.

After not doing to well and not being Evie to sleep this has made it one hundred times easier to sleep and to relax
