  • Today I repaired and completed the sine inverter project using Arduino. This is an old project but it has some bugs, I fixed them. This video only tests how arduino creates pure sine wave using SPWM. I am designing a 2KW power PCB with "heart" as an nano arduino board. Maybe the next video I can finish it and share it with everyone. Below is the old 300W PCB, using "Inverter Shield". designed by me, Sorry, you can't buy it at the store or on the web because I don't sell them, I just design and share PCB files, you have to learn how to create your PCB from PDF files or files. BRD (of eagle software).
    All my projects are free, I design them on EAGLE 6.0. I uploaded it to Google drive. You need to use a web browser to download the file and open the file with winrar software (extract) on the PC. Open schematic file (.SCH) and PCB file (.BRD) with EAGLE software.

    Your voltage feed back is not a feed back it is a voltage reference input. Feed back would be derived from to output of the transformer via a decoupling circuit and opto. All of this would be calibrated and feed back voltage supplied back into the Arduino. The purpose of the voltage feed back would be to maintain a 220Vac output regardless of the current load on the transformer (Tx) secondary stage, to compensate for the Tx regulation characteristics as much as possible given the primary supply voltage and the Tx Fe and Cu circuit. You may want to do that as your next video and possibly introduce some over current detection and protection into the system.

    Proteus simulation (hardware) and real hardware are not the same. It's worth to mention the L-C filtering. Besides good job

      For inverter using iron transformer, it only needs 2.5uF capacitor at the output, no need to use coil

    I dont understand the diagram u showed on the computer is it the feedback diagram you show or the circuit you make cause if so it dont look like the circuit you make look at it over and over to understand if it's the feedback diagram or not

      Any ADC can be used for voltage feedback. Diagrams may vary. Just edit the program code.

    Truly a show the project compliments, I will try to make it happen if you will give me a helping hand in identifying the transformer I have if it works for that project.       It needs 7V to 220V transformer. but I use 12V to 220V transformer. Therefore, the voltage does not reach 220V.

      @@PhdHung A 7 volt transformer is a bit of a problem I assume is a bit difficult to find, but one at 12v I keep it safe, so I'll use that for the other projects you've made, even the one with PIC is interesting.

      No, if you want to use pulse transformer, you need to boost 12V voltage to 310V. then use H bridge to convert 310V to 220VAC.

    I made these inverter uploaded the code but the Arduino is not give correct output . I am using uno r3 with atmega 8 ic . Arduino sometimes give output sometimes not , sometimes intermittently . i have checked the main board it's fine i replaced the ir2103 ic but no use what i have to do sir

    Arduino is too powerful for that I would recommend using a microbit controller it’s quite similar to arduino and much smaller

      I have 10k Variable resistor which conected to ground and 5V of arduino and the middle pin to the arduino pin A0, i also tried with A1, but not yet working ... i maked this for high voltage every thing working fine only feedback not working ...
