Though I'm Nzema, but I've read the history of Ghana in western books. I can say it was only the Ashantis who wanted to unite all Ghanaian tribes, it was the same thing the Europeans did to unite their individual countries. The hatred and jealousy attitude against the Ashantis have to stop, all the other tribes need to learn how to come together like the Ashantis period.

@@NyansapoTv this is not correct respond. Asanteman needs to have a source of income ; be it a tax or whatever, to put all these together in the book, also our language. As it’s now, everybody write them the way they wanted. It doesn’t have to be so. We need the whole dictionary for our language which would be the point of contact so that if anything, we can go inside for correction. The kingdom should be a government of it own. Be able to find a way to get income for governance. Since we are part of the state (Ghana) we can not go to war by our own but things like developing your areas, build your language and keep your records is allowed by the Ghana constitution. Again when I said “Tax” I wasn’t mean the state tax but the form of contribution by we the Asantes which the authority of the kingdom would put in place.
The said dictionary needs professionals that would man it 24/7 to make sure to add words to it, because language needs to grow each and every day. Back then there were no anything like computer, cellular phones, social media, etc. that is why every language need professionals that would man its main dictionary to add words to them. If we don’t do that the language will fade away. The language needs to build on, all the time to make it stand the test of time. Be it English, French, Spanish etc they’re putting words to them every day by their professionals who are authorized to add words to them in their dictionary. Asante needs to wake up.
As for Dormaa hene, the Kingdom should not pay him no mind, we don’t want no media war. Because now it is not like before, we are not allowed to go to war by the state. The power to go to war is in hands of the state, Ghana. But if he tempt to come all the way to the areas that Asante control to act stupid then we can deal with him.

Abrewa missed some points and references. It is always important to cross reference "Oral Tradition." Example.... Bekwae and Manpon are Oyoko and Bretuo respectively. Its necessary to have an interviewer who know the subject, and can check for inconsistencies immediately. There's a lot that's not factual. She is however correct on Wam Paamu. It is sad that Doemaahene has make himself so cheap to mingle in dirty tribal politics. Today we live in the world where the wise and the smart search to promote unity and progress and not division. Dormaahene is behaving like Russia Putin. He does not surround himself with people who are wise and peaceful but sycophants and "yes master" elders. The utterances of Doemaahene lack dignity of rich adition. Like Putin he miscalculate to make enemy his neighbours who must be his best friends. Ukraine and Russia are close in their cultures. They are intermarried and live across boarders. They could have been the best friends to support one another if they had been led by people of wisdom. Dormaahene is behaving just like him with unnecessary provocative language. Who does not know that Dormaa is not in competition with Kumasi. Dormaahene knows that well. Since the time of modern Ghana several politicians foreign and local have worked hard to portray the Bono regions people as subordinates of Asante who need to liberate themselves from Asante. The truth however is that the Asantes Kingdom in the past never treated people in their territory as servants but citizens who must be protected from any external aggression. The kingdom never suppressed but supported one another in the spirit of brotherhood and cooperation to defeat any external aggression. It is unfortunate that Dormaa had to be expelled from Suntreso near Bantama because of uncharacteristic and belligerent attitude of some of it leaders like current Doemaahene. They never leaned a lesson to changed from the same attitude that expelled them from Akwamu, Akyem Nsawam, Suntreso, Bomaa, Abessim Kyiraa. Thay never cooperated with the people they came to meet. Their desire to dominate the people they come to meet got them into trouble and their subsequent expulsion. It is sad Agyeman Badu has not learn from history and he is still repeating some past mistakes. Who does not know that he e is doing this only to create impression for his people that they are enemies of Kumasi and so they should vote contrary against Kumasi support. I know Dormaahemaa and many citizens of Dormaa are wise enough to understand this political tricks of Dormaahene.
