Analyzing Qualitative Assessments or Assignments

The Hague Centre for Teaching and Learning describes the Wheel of Competency - a quality evaluation tool qualitative assignments and tests such as essays, reports and portfolios. The Wheel of Competency was developed by Baartman et als and is designed for Competency Assessment Programs (CAPs).
