Everest Band Baja is headquartered in Patan. They are widely considered to be the best Hindu wedding band in Kathmandu. They can play Bollywood, Nepali or Newari repertoire. Here they are playing a cover of "Hookah Bar," the Bollywood mega-hit.
For the book release of The Sacrament of the Goddess, the author hired one of the sixteen-member units with the great Sudarshan Pariyar on clarinet.
