How I'm Using my Hobonichi Weeks Notes Pages in 2024

- This week I wanted to show you how I'm using my notes pages at the back of my Hobonichi weeks. I have a standard Hobonichi weeks diary, not the mega, but there is plenty of space and opportunity for me to make some pretty spreads and track habits, goals and memories.
How are you using your notes pages? I always find these difficult to use at the start of the year but find as the year carries on, I'm more than happy to add new things and look back at the old.

I enjoyed watching your video. I thought some of your ideas were very fun sounding, but then others weren’t my type of note. I just bought a Mega Weeks (it’s May 2024 rn) and am checking out all the videos I can stand about the different ways that people use their planner. I am very excited to be getting this, and it should be here within the next two or three weeks. Thank you for your lovely video and I hope things go well with you and your little family.
Thank you! I think that’s the lovely thing about these types of diaries - you can pick and choose what works for you and your life rather than being put in a box with premade prompts or pages. I’m glad you found some inspiration and hope you enjoy your diary when it arrives :) x

So many lovely ideas. btw, I laughed out loud when you said, well, I already bought a candle. 😅 Moments like this are why I love the journaling community, sharing our life and our goals and when we don’t quite meet them, the journey is what makes it all worthwhile. Love it! Some great ideas! Suggestion start the sticker shop while on maternity leave. In my experience, go back to the NHS and sticker shop on the side. I live in the US and of course we need to work also for insurance but you’ll have unexpected expenses that pop up - constantly. Also consider working a shorter week initially - good luck with everything

Thanks for your comment! Yes, there is some kind of issue with the sound that's happening between me adding it and me uploading the videos. It's odd as on the video editing software the music is turned down to 20% and I've turned the speech up to 150% which sounds fine on my end but something seems to happen to the levels once it's uploaded! To avoid this my later videos don't have backing music. x

Where do you find the small book cover stamps/stickers?
Hi Teresa, which ones do you mean? I didn't have any book stamps when I made this video. I drew the squares for the book review/photo pages myself and then printed off the covers with my HP Sprocket x
