I am a disabled vet, my left foot was crushed aboard ship. The toes on my left foot do not bend causing y to walk on the side of my foot. I had to have a hip replacements which I feel was caused from not being to walk correctly. I have also developed gout and arthritis in that foot. I get 10% for my foot. The VA also diagnosed me with PTSD and gave me 40% making my total 50%. The VA has also diagnosed my with sleep apnea and furnished me a machine. How can I get arthritis and the sleep apnea connected to my foot and PTSD for a higher percentage. The pain caused from my foot from walking on side and little toe has been a problem. What do I need to do to have these two added to existing disability’s.

Yeah I've been fighting the VA a while, got out of Army service 2011, the hundred percent you quote it seems a little bit high that seems like that was for a married veteran possibly with a dependent. Just a little over a year ago I went through a different organization and I finally was awarded at 90% but I'm a single vet and I just clear 1800 a month. The last I've checked for a single vet at 100% what's 3057 a month. Still Goin In doing my check-ups, especially recently about three months back, had a car accident crashing into a fixed object while driving I say supposedly because I really didn't know I was driving, I blacked out totally unaware of of my surroundings of what was going on and what was happening do you know I was involved in an accident until I woke up in the back of an ambulance suffering from a head concussion. And the EMT telling me I was an accident. Having the VA looking for the cause of that blackout never happened in my life ever before was the first time ever and I wouldn't call it syncope I didn't think just suddenly black and couldn't recall anything no memories

      www.va.gov/disability/compensation-rates/veteran-rates/
Currently, a veteran with 100% and single gets $3,106.04.
      Married 100% gets $3,272.22.
Married 100% with children gets $3,406.04.
You get $1,862.96 at 90% and single, right?

I had 40% for fibromyalgia with 10% disability for golf war ! Then I filed for PTSD I got awarded 70% my total disability % is 90% & now I do kidney dialysis , I trued working with my old boss one day but it didn’t go so well with the severe muscle spasms and cramping through out my body feeling sick hard walk around with out falling down it would cause Angela attack then in up in the hospital for 4 to 5 day just for trying to work ! If your 76% or 80% with 100% for TDIU. How is payment done to the lawyer? I was hoping for 100% PT but it seems overwhelming. Local VSO just says they can help fill out and process paperwork, cant really tell you how to word it. Its all about language and key words for a lot of it. So they are no real big help. I have stuff SC but at 0% and stuff that should be SC but they didn't list it as SC.

I filed TDIU after my failed back surgery in February last year and I was denied not once, twice, but three times and I am appealing it. They left me unable to function to lift above 25lbs without pain and that's without bending to lift. I have seen their own discrepancies in their own wording. I used the 38cfr to address those issues. But will they go back to the initial application for back pay? I am still unemployed and have applied to some places but they will not hire me as I am

Degenerative disc disease, Facet Joint Syndrome. Doc is calling it osteoarthritis, constantly hurting in the lumbar area of the back and down to the sacral area, with only burning and stinging Sensations, no numbness no tingling no weakness, but doc says burning and stinging don't mean much shoot hell hurt like hell to try to do sit ups it would inflame my lower joints, and have a hard time picking up and lifting things heavy even like furniture, I tell my brothers don't expect me to help you move.
