- 021124 - VIBE CHECK!! This is a short segment from our recap of Chopper Fest 2024. The full video is on our "Episodes" playlist • Episodes (in order) . We had the opportunity to meet 3 cool cats who had some of our favorite choppers at the show! To be completely honest we just liked the bikes and had no idea who any of them were. After a bit of backtracking and info on Kent's business card he gave us, we were able to find their Instagram handles. Full event recap is on the episodes playlist but for now enjoy this short segment talking with the guys about Swedish choppers!

I recognized Russell's voice immediately. Good to see he"s still around. Always loved his style.
You are so lucky to meet the legend Russel Mitchell
Had no idea who he was until that day! In hindsight we wish we could’ve spent a little more time in depth with him!
💥🤘🏼❤️🔥🇸🇪❤️🔥🤘🏼
My dad & uncles build this type of bikes since back in the 70 in our backyard.
Lång och låg ska det vara! The Swedish Style 🤙🏼
I remember Exile motorcycles from the old biker build offs in the early 2000s. The clean handlebars are dope everything is hidden. The throttle cables, brake lines are all run through the bars. If I'm not mistaken the clutch is roll on like the throttle.
Saw this in the chopperfest preparty sick af foo
From the land of the long ships (Sweden) comes the long bikes! If I'm not mistaken, the Edlund family were blacksmiths/metal workers since the mid 1930s. Edlund makes original style wishbone and straight-leg rigid frames. Edlund frames are top shelf. It was great to see and hear Russell Mitchell again. I remember Exile Cycles - great unique machines! Everyone on my Dad's side of my family were (are) from England. CustomByKent, Russ and Spike -- great to see you guys. Thanks, Unaffiliated. Cheers!
Oh wow!! Thank you for sharing that!! 🙌🏽

I saw a bike at the Paradise Road Show that was built around an Edlund original-style straight-leg rigid frame. The guy had great things to say about Edlund frames.
Russell Mitchell use to build exile cycles . He use be on discovery channel biker build off that’s he’s style
I recently bought a "swedish style chopper" from early -90's. "Swedish style" originates from -70's I think.
We have a lot of suppliers doing this in Sweden.
Mine has a frame from Calles Chopperdelar, a front end from Tolle, Akront wheels and ISR brakes. I would never put anything else than a Shovel in it 😂
That's Russell ,used to be into lambrettas and Vespas many years ago,his first bike in back street heroes magazine waf a hardtail sportster with a fatbob that was around 1984
Awesome video and awesome content can’t wait for the next video Thank’s
Russle Mitchel makes some really clean bikes
The universe just aligned. I had Swedish meatballs wrapped in a flour tortilla. Now I'm watching a clip on Swedish choppers. What an evening!
Best comment 😂🔥
Yeah Man! Great to hear Russ Mitchell's voice again! I didn't recognise Him with the long hair, Yeah I've loved the Swedish style Chops since I saw them first in the early eighties at the Kent Custom Bike Show held by the HA Kent over here in the UK, Quite a few Swedish Chops used to travel over for the show and as a young 19 year old Biker I was hooked on the minimalistic style and always have been, and I even styled my Dyna Street Bob Monster Trike much in that same style 👍🤘😎🏴
If I not mistaken that builder used to build bikes in the show choppers build off in discovery and the style was black bike low and the metal Finnish was very similar at the Finnish on that bike 😎🤘🔥
I luv the spike one that style looks great something defrent 🤘😎🔥
That's me bro choppers all the way I been looking around for a wide glide front end they are getting harder to find or they are asking way to much for on
Tap in "Swedish Choppers" on TH-cam and You'll see a whole variety of Swedish Chops from the 70's, 80's and right through to the present day, Denver Choppers etc, All brilliant stuff! 👍🤘😎🏴
