I have a 14 inch neck and 18 inch calves and based on my extensive calculations my androgen receptors have a moderate antigravity-binding-affinity. Due to my uncommon ABA value I naturally have 30 inch quads and noteworthy sprint speed but I incur whiplash if my run in excess of 22 miles per hour as my head just flops around between my scapulas at that speed.

Bro i am 172cm and i've built 5kg of lean muscle on my first bulk and I don't even know what body type I am, I just eat, train and repeat
I thought that was just real science. Let's break it down this way, if you're looking to gain muscle size and strength, wouldn't it be more logical and intelligent to listen to the guy who's larger and stronger as opposed to the smaller and weaker lifter. Just saying 🤷🏼♂️, the guy who's big probably knows more about how to get big compared to the pencil neck.

to be fair to ronnie coleman, the weight being higher would mean it's marginally farther from the center of mass of the earth therefore technically ACTUALLY less gravity than a deadlift for example. sure it's literally negligible and essentially a 0 difference but maybe ronnie was just more galaxy brain than the rest of us and speaking like a physicist.
