Nilla wafers on rice pudding is totally something my mom would have loved. I agree that comfort food should be as simple to make as possible. Will the extra steps or ingredients make it more comforting? That should be the key IMO. Thanks, Becky!

Hey girl! 🤗 I just used a packet of long grain white rice from Aldi…I’ve also used Jasmine…basically I use what I have on hand..I don’t get fancy with it…lol. Because it still tastes good To me! 😁😋
