We had a 6 hour layover at Dallas Love Field airport last summer on our way to Florida. Ugh! 😒

Haha you are so me when I travel. These are the shoes for the exercise I am probably not going to do. I travel with usually 10-12 other people so we have huge dinners with vendors and then we are working all day.

I’ve never traveled for work so I’m curious…When you get home after your trips, are you exhausted from all the effort/changes? Does it take you an extra day to readjust and get back in your groove? It really does look glamorous, as you mentioned, but I’m wondering how hard it is to transition back to real life?

The last hotel i stayed at they had a microwave in the room that held the ice machine...i thought it was weird but maybe its a thing!
Hopefully you got the laptop working, rebooting it helps to! I'm sure you probably tried that! I had to connect through o'hare once going to training, it's huge! The little airport we flew out of only had a small airplane that morning! It was xanax to the rescue! And Amerion Idol's Meghan's mom was with us on that trip!

I was wondering if you ever get to explore the cities that you visit? Do you get to learn about the history, check out the hotspots, get sovereigns for you and the family?
Must know where you got your bathing suit... love it and want one!!!!! Love you showing where you are.. its like a virtual vacation for me!!! I know you know to always be mindful of your surroundings... I'm always on FaceTime or something when walking from hotel room to my convention site...
Yes for sure. I typically don't share where I'm at until after I've left :) I got the green bathing suit at torrid!

I feel like I become a whole different person between packing and then actually being away, lol! I've been on a few trips for work and I either severely underpack, or horrendously overpack!
Hey, traveling for work is not fun and exciting. Exhausting! The only upside is eating great meals and adding more refrigerator magnets to my collection...lol
OMG! My cousin turned me on to Confessions of a Rebel Bitch please and I love that perfume. I never use hotel Wi-Fi I have a mifi that’s on my phone plan that I use for Wi-Fi when I travel.
How do you not gain weight while traveling on business? Because of eating every meal out or have buffets at the different venues I kept gaining weight!

I haven’t stayed at the JW in Austin but I have stayed around the block at the Austin Downtown Marriott. The entire hotel is such a vibe! The rooftop pool area is everything I’ve been itching to go back. This is my sign 😅But also come through Jenn rocking the bathing suit sooo proud of you 🙌🏽🙌🏽 “Titanium” 😂

I traveled from South Carolina to Las Vegas (Corporate Office is located there) a few weeks ago and I hated the traveling! Do you enjoy the traveling? Do your kids seem to miss you a lot? Does it make you happier when you are working from home because you don’t have to travel during those weeks? Just curious on your feelings about your travel. ❤

I just started traveling for work this year and have been to Palm Springs, Santa Ana and West Palm Beach so far. It was really hard to get used to the routine, but I have definitely enjoyed it. As far as no direct flights, though, that has NOT been fun when flying to California from Pennsylvania. Dallas is no joke when it comes to layovers. I learned that longer is better than sprinting for a connecting flight. Yes--exhausting, but also fun. I can relate to having the huge suite and thinking it would be nice to have that when the kids are along. Either way, I'll take it!

Another great video!! I loved watching this one because I used to travel as a Health Care Consultant as well. I went to post-acute care facilities and do chart audits for revenue cycle and quality assurance. I’m curious- what do you specifically do? Makes me miss the excitement (and at times exhausting) trips! Oh, and the food!!
