DeWalt DW919 Flickering Flashlight Repair

I own a DeWalt DW919 that when I move the head of the head of the flashlight the light flickers off and on. I do a repair that eliminates in my opinion the weak connections.
The flashlight in the video has an led bulb upgrade too.

If only there was a way to remove the glass. Mine has dirt inside but its hard to clean off because of the plastic/glass cover.
