As a spurs fan, we completely deserve to be roasted. We didn't sub off players until the last 15 minutes of the game, most of our players performed poorly, some very poorly, and we had ZERO energy in the second half.
Props to Brighton for beating us, lets hope we don't become Everton and have this happen twice in a row 😬

As a Tottenham fan, I can admit that we’re just pure spursy. Sometimes it’s not our fault, we’re just unlucky. But this time against Brighton, our defense was just sleeping in the back and giving away cheap goals. So yeah that’s how Brighton won so easily.

The Seagulls’ creativity and passing in the box was abysmal. United kept their defensive shape well and Maguire/Johnny Evans played like it mattered, which is an upgrade for United at the back.

Don't know if any Saints fan has already commented this, but there seems to be a total lack of attention in our games! We have struggled playing out from the back, and conceded from it earlier this season... but none of the Arsenal goals came from it!! Please can people actually watch out games before making judgements about how we conceded and the style of play because there was actually a lot of defensive improvement this weekend!

Tbh if we lost to Brighton 3-2 and didn’t bottle a 2-0 lead I wouldn’t be as disappointed, we had European football just three days prior so obviously our players were going to be fatigued. I don’t want to blame it on Ange or the players but Ange should’ve known that the players were tired when we conceded the first goal. We should’ve substituted defenders, not midfield or attackers.
