That is how you do village style papaya salad, I love the fermented crab, it just has it's unique flavor. Yes my mouth was watering watching her make it. My Laos wife is lazy, been over two years since I had it this way. She uses on two ingredients now, no three. The preparation is too much work so she is the only one that eat her version. People loved her papaya salad now, it's like I pass. You folks eat some good village food.
