I decided to save the track for 'better times' since I felt it would fit perfectly in the Defqon.1 Endshow. 16 months later it was featured in The Closing Ritual as the first ever Defqon.1 Closing Theme, which makes me incredibly proud. remember Defqon is a summer festival, so its anthem has to bring a bunch of emotions (it has to be uplifting and emotive while keeping strong), which is something difficult and more if it's the main Hard Dance festival in the world. For me, Primal Energy was an amazing anthem because it had all of that, but I gotta agree with you, this track was the most emotive track in a long time
