K/DA Kai'Sa is much better than Lagoon Dragon Kai'Sa...It has Crystal effects, better recall, musical abilities, and the effects are much brighter...I think you should go for K/DA Kai'Sa but if you're more of a water themed skin person then go for lagoon...
laggon dragon kaisa effects are smother and you can understand what's going on in team fights unlike kda it's all flashy + the model is prettier howe ever kda has better recall and sound effects i bought the lagoon and dont regret it and if xou want my opinion pullet angel is better than both of them and i use it alot
