You can get domestication, taming, creature control, and vet in Haven. Read dom/taming until you have enough levels in it to tame a hostile mob that can attack a training dummy. You can level all of 'em except vet to 100 pretty fast with that once you do. The rest of the books are all Jungle Camp or the AH.

Arguably every character should start with the reading book before any others since it being maxed reduces your reading time for all other books by 10%, but if you're impatient, jump straight into dom or taming after getting your free 28 levels by talking to the taming tutor outside Haven stables
