The Nigerian government through NNPC pledged to deliver feedstock (Crude oil) to his refinery, that's how they got 20% equity stake in the refinery initially, now that the refinery is up and running, NNPC is not able to keep to their part of the bargain causing the Dangote group to reduce their equity stake to 7.5% which is their cash contribution. I tell you this for free, If that refinery doesn't survive, we cannot have good petroleum products in Nigeria. If we do not support it, Nigeria might not be able to get out of this economic crisis because investors will lose confidence. This is serious
