Cloaker is actually in yellow mode, it's just that it's the yellow guy with a black outfit and green night vision goggles is Cloaked and is invisible to us, that's why general depletes our health when he says the sabotage dialogue.

Man, you can use free camera for better view of bosses, skins etc. Free camera activates when you press shift+c
