It is juror misconduct if the family of a juror was feeding information to a juror at any time during the trial. That is why the jury is given instructions before every break and when they go home at night to not watch the news or talk to anyone about the trial. They are also asked when they come in the morning and after every break if they followed those instructions. This interview just left me angry at this jury. They didn't have the information correct(Lucky for example), they tried to create a scenario that neither the CW or defense gave them and the ones that didn't agree with the verdict form were too afraid to speak up. Someone's freedom is at stake and those that had issues with the foreman should have gone over his head to talk to the judge.

Yeah, it recently struck me that if the ARCA info went to both the prosecution and defense, as it did, then the state, like, really CHOSE to use Trooper Paul. I know this is obvious but I just can’t understand, aside from the fact that ARCA completely dismantled their case. This means that, along with a million other reasons, this shouldn’t have been tried once, let alone twice. I do feel for Trooper Paul though; he was way out of his depth. There is SOOOO MUCH wrong with this interview! It frankly scares tf out of me for a re-trial. Imo there were jurors who lied to get on the jury. 2 of them didn't even want to deliberate!? They just went back there and made up their own facts about the case, didn't listen to hardly any of the testimony and criticized the defense for DEFENDING THEIR CLIENT! I can't believe this interview. Also, some of them obviously spoke to people about the case and imo this is why the cw doesn't want their names out there and don't want people to speak to them. Because now we know there was juror misconduct and I would bet money the foreman was connected to the cw or judge. Something is so off about this whole thing. The foreman told them it was ALL charges or none?! Like they couldn't talk to the judge themselves. I just can't believe my ears.

This is an EMT who thinks it’s clear cut that the cause of death was a blow to the back of the head
It isn’t the cause of death the left temporal blow with shearing and haemorrhage is what took John down The lac on the back of the head (been saying since way back) is ‘tomato splat lac’ from falling backwards onto something hard and I suggest uneven - concrete stair for instance
While this kind of fall can cause fractures it doesn’t cause the shearing, haemorrhage and ultimate exsanguatiin (bleed out & cold) John suffered and is what caused the death (keep in mind Whip lash will cause shearing and kill you to)
There has to be concern about the training these people are getting
Then there is an engineer who simply doesn’t understand spatial perception

This is so annoying. First - if an LE person is on this jury-they would have suspected immediately the other proceedings were the Feds, or Internal affairs, DOJ - etc. But apparently, for some odd reason, he failed to mention or acknowledge that possibility. That's really suspicious to me. Second, whether you weren't clear on what in the world happened, the FACT you had dirty cops collecting evidence in solo cups, storing in stop/shop bags, inverted videos, leaf blowers, the owner ( a cop!) never coming outside, JM never running inside, Proctor? (O Proctor with his unethical texts, that alone would have been my deciding factor) ..how, in the h e l l could you convict a woman after an investigation as shoddy and irresponsible for a BPO! As a juror, that would have been my NG vote from the get-go..shame on the police and the CW would be my thoughts. If LE didn't care enough to investigate with dignity, integrity, of a fallen brother in blue , there's no way I'm convicting this woman I'm not even doubting or double doubting what might have happened, the LEO didn't do a proper investigation, and the CW wants us to clean it up for them with a G vote? Serious? ...as far as where the ARCCA Phds came from? Who gives a rats arse...? The science and facts were all there... something is terribly wrong with this jury. Sorry, but there is.
P.s., maybe the damn noise they heard outside? Was the day that inmate escaped the county jail. That created a lot of commotion. There were other things going on for 9 weeks on the streets that were noisy. We heard the sirens, we heard the noise not related to legal peaceful support/protesting for a woman framed.
