What you use for recording these? I read your specs already, but I'm trying to build mine to have a smooth recording maybe on this game and some others.
Blade and Soul tends to rely on your CPU rather than GPU, so having a powerful CPU helps! that being said this game is terribly optimized and runs bad on most setups.
Hey Jonzo99 do you use BNS buddy ? for optimization ? it's beyond me why you don't spike i got this i7 8700 - 2666 mhz ram and 2080 game is unplayable due to spikes and fps drops at full hd resol
Hey when this video was recorded I wasn't using bns buddy at the time, I have however started using bns buddy for KR text font and JP voice mods. The only options I have checked in bns buddy is [Unattended] and [No Texture Streaming]. Most people recommend to have the [Use all Cores] option checked I however don't use that as it felt my performance was worse with it checked. A lot of people use addons to disable animations for better performance you could give that a try? I personally don't disable animations though.

I use Nvidia Shadowplay to record all my game footage! Works great and is easy to use

What's the secret to running this at 4K with that kind of FPS? I drop all the way down into the 20s

Use 32 bit client version instead of 64bit, your game may crash once a while but You will get an extreme FPS boost

I enjoy playing both classes but I would say probably Blademaster
What was your in-game video settings?
I run the game with everything set to 5 except for Monster Effects quality, Background Effects quality set to 1 and SFX Quality for others set to 3

CPU is i5 9600k @ 3.7ghz (stock) ram is 16gb Corsair vengeance ddr4 @ 3000mhz

wow.... killing trash with mele class is alway annoying.. super small hit box and moving faster then characters in combat
