The Virtues Of Surah An-Naziat
There are several authentic sayings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) confirming the virtues of the Surah Naziaat. Few of His (PBUH) sayings along with sources are stated below:
Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said,“The Quran will appear in the form of a man on the Day of Resurrection and will intercede for its companions.”

Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said,“Read the Qur’an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection interceding for its companions.”
[Source: Sahih Al Muslim]
Think of the amazing blessings and virtues associated with reciting the verses of Surah Naziat. On every word, there are blessings for us in this life and in the subsequent life when every person would need virtues the most.
Benefits Of Reciting Surah An-Naziat
Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah (Quran), he will be credited with a good deed, and a good deed gets a ten-fold reward. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim is one letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter."

So whoever reads one letter from the Surah An-Naziaat will receive a Hasana (reward), and the reward will be multiplied by tenfolds, insha'Allah.
Benefits Of Understanding The Meaning Of Surah An-Nazi'at
Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Understanding one Ayah (verse) is better than reading one hundred Nafal prayers."
[Source: Ibn-Majah chapter 16 Hadith 219]
One has to read Surah Fatiha (Quran chapter one) at least twice in one Nafal prayer (2 rakats). Surah Fatiha has 7 Ayahs (verses/sentences). So, in total one has to read atleast 1400 Ayahs (verses) of Surah Fatiha in one hundred Nafal prayers (salah) [(200 Rakats {in 100 Nafal prayers}) X (7 Ayahs of Surah Fatiha)].
As per the saying of our beloved Prophet (PBUH), understanding one Ayah with meaning is better than reciting 1400 Ayahs (or even more), Masha'Allah.
There are 46 Ayahs in the Surah-Naziat, if you put a sincere effort (pure Niah) in understanding these 46 Ayahs then insha'Allah, you would receive a reward in excess of reading 64,400 Ayahs [(46 Ayahs Surah Naziat) X (1400 Nafal Ayahs)], Subhan'Allah.
In terms of gaining Hasanat (Barakah rewards), there are 762 letters in Surah An-Naaziat, just by going through it once you would attain Hasanat (Barakah rewards) of ten folds i.e. 7,620. In addition, in line with the saying of Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) making a sincere effort to understand each Ayah would have earned you 1400 times more reward than just reciting it. So, the potential to earn Hasanat (Barakah rewards) from Surah An-Naziat is in excess of 10 million (7,620 X 1400 times), Subhan'Allah.
