we have three main vocals: d.o (kyungsoo) - imo his voice fits r&b the best baekhyun - imo his voice fits pop the best chen (jongdae) - imo his voice fits rock the best and exo has one of the best vocals lines in kpop
It's not just highness makes them sound great. I used to sing in the high school, so much factors involved. Sometimes people saying me smt like: Oh girl I wish i have voice or talent. And just pictures from my training flashes in my mind, i even cried because teachers wasn't satisfied. Controlling voice it's the hardest part and breathing of course. I am so amazed by them, 3-4 hours concert, 70 concerts in a year.
Chen has a wide range of vocal too! but it's so underrated and he rarely use his lower register. i suggest you to react to Chen in King of Masked singer
EXO the humble kings I guess they might’ve meant that most people only pay attention to his high notes? :( even though he’s known as a powerhouse vocal who can sing high, many people don’t know his biggest strength is his low register :) which is why his vocal range is underrated!

Their vocals is very great that their Main Vocalist (Chen, Baekhyun, D.O) is called the Golden Main Vocalists, their Lead Vocalists (Suho, Lay, Xiumin) can be a Main Vocalists in other groups and aside from that their rappers (Chanyeol, Kai & Sehun too) can sing very well. No one can drag EXO when it comes to Vocals because everyone even from other fandoms respects and knows how great EXO's vocals are. (except for stupid haters tho) It's hard to compare other groups to EXO when it comes to vocals. their labelmate (SM Groups) and BTOB are the only ones that can compete with EXO's vocals.
I stan Legends, I stan EXO & BIGBANG tru, Btob can at least, but sungjae and changsub aren’t technically better than any of exos main vocalists, whereas eunkwang is better than kyungsoo and baekhyun, but Chen beats eunkwang Don’t forget that Xiumin is technically better than hyunsik....

Exo most of the time don’t use falsetto when singing their high noted, so when they sing the high notes they usually use their real voice which is why reaching those high notes is really hard
If u can't get over to their vocals, i recommend you to react to their latest album "The War and Winter album 2017. their vocals to those albums are out of this world.
Yeah, for EXO live perfs and vocal songs are what people like. The MVs aren't bad but their company should really step it up because they don't do the boys or the songs enough justice... but i wonder if that's really their plan lol so that if you see them live you react like this
