Hi you are keeping me entertained during lockdown and your a very skilled TH-camr I'm sorry for your back also tomatos and feta is good as well as you chop all the feta and put in a pot and keep it in the fridge

I am glad u r feeling better. Its actually super common for ppl to hurt their backs by leaning forward and picking something up even if it's like super light , its because you strain muscles because the structure of the back isn't helping lift so muscles are doing everything and they aren't used to being used. If you need to lean forward to grab something lift one leg to be even with your back it straightens your spine so the spine structure is helping not being strained
I wondered where you were. So happy your back is better now. My son made his hand cast, and a separate one of my 2 grandchildren for a christmas present for me for Christmas 2018.
