I know my email address and I know password and every time I click login I drag the slider to fit the puzzle once and it says verification complete but then it repeatedly has me do it over and over again. I don’t know why TikTok is tripping all of a sudden and I don’t know what to do

after logging in it’s just a white screen and nothing happens. doesn’t matter if you restart, reinstall, etc
I deleted the app then re downloaded it months later now it says my info doesn’t exist but I’ve looked on other peoples accounts and the account is still active so it’s not suspended or anything

Edit: Sorry I forgot to edited when I was able to log in I'm now able to log out and log back in but it sometimes logs me out automatically but that's because of my bad internet well that's what I think at least

Mine says my account doesn't exist. I think they deleted it before my time line ended, because as soon as they kicked me out. I was banned, but they booted me and won't let me log in, saying it doesn't exist. But then telling me after I reported the issue that I just need to log in after I just said TikTok says it doesn't exist and won't let me. It gets "deleted" tomorrow, although I think it's already deleted, they never gave me a fair chance, and I really need my account

That just recently happened to me what I did was turn off all wifi connection before clicking on the app after that it might show a retry button - try it. After that everything should work and you can turn your wifi back on and sign in
I tried to log in using my username. But it says ‘password incorrect’ so I clicked on ‘forgot password’ and when I typed the password I always use in, it said ‘you can’t have the password you currently have’
So I went back to log in and used the EXACT password and it said ‘sorry wrong password or username’ and I had a friend double check, it is the same username.
But it wont log in.
When I use my email, it creates a new account.
And I can’t use my phone number because I don’t have the same phone number anymore, so I can’t log in with either my phone number OR my email.
I don’t know what to do anymore 😢

If tiktok randomly kicked you out of your account and when u try log back in it says use another way to login delete tiktok then reinstall it and put ur details in and that worked for me
mine says to get an android and go to settings and get a code. i don’t own an android and never put that onto my account, so please help.

Fix: remove the SIM card on your iPhone. Restart the phone. Login...., insert the SIM card again et voila!
