I recently met Sam in Madison at the Midwest swing fest in the relaxed atmosphere outside of alfonso Ponticelli’s Caravan and was immediately blown away as he sat down and began to play, his raw acoustic sound is powerful and dynamic. He is also a nice kid , humble and talented.

Thank you Irene! This is a great mini documentary, superbly put together and a beautiful insight. I'm sure that Sam has a great future ahead of him, he appears to be a very bright and likeable young man and of course a wonderful player!

Great Irene! Sam is becoming one of the top in the gipsy jazz world, I remembered him once in the morning in Gerwen 2018, he woke up on late and he just played for me a pair of songs that I recorded, like a master!
