- Welcome back to Spider-Man Miles Morales. Today I'll be showing a bit more free roam gameplay. Just like the first game I can spend hours just swinging around and traversing this city. They did an amazing job on this game & I'm having a lot of fun with it. More videos to come soon, thanks for watching!

It's kinda funny watching TH-camrs react to how he treats women. At first they're surprised. Then they say it's equality. Both men and women come to this conclusion. If a man were to pummel a women irl to save someone else who is "off screen," no one would call it equality. If that man was a UFC wrestler and claimed to be a woman, it would suddenly become acceptable for a man to pummel a woman in the UFC. This is our society. It's a flamboyant mess, headed straight to hell.
I'm glad that they fixed the L3 dive in this game. In the previous game it seemed to reset your momentum which made me not use it very much
thought I was the only one who noticed that. After reaching max speed the dive would always slow me down, which sucked because it was cool but not practical.
I always just used it to gain momentum at the start of swinging lmao

This game is beautiful, and it’s great that this guy actually knows how to do combat/web swinging well. He’s also wearing a sick suit, good stuff overall

They'll definitely come back with a new Spiderman game in this gen. This one felt like a DLC. A really good DLC.
Yeah most people just hold down the button for swinging and they gain no speed for doing that I swing the same way he does and let me tell you bro you get a lot of speed from using the venom power by swinging

Just within 2 years they’ve made massive improvements. Imagine what another 2-3 years will bring for Spider-Man 2...
I hope they add the arm webs for Gliding. It would add so much to the traversal, along with running down walls and more parkour. Or maybe do a backwards wall climb, like when you’re going over a building, you can tap X to slide down it. It’d be bad ass.
They could learn a lot of awesome stuff from Web of Shadows. If that game had another year or two in the oven, it would be regarded as the best Spider-Man game ever. Then again, we probably wouldn’t have Spider-Man PS4.
Definitely the wall combat, definitely the air combat, the wall sliding, and maybe some kind of web slingshot (I think that was in the TASM games, I don’t quite remember). All of that stuff replicated in Insomniac’s game engine would be absolutely amazing.
And the gliding could be like a cross between Prototype and Just Cause. Not enough to make you not want to websling (especially with all the buildings) but you could cross bodies of water and Central Park. From Miles Morales, you can see on the map the other areas, and they’re looking more detailed than before.
Having gliding would incentivize some interesting traversal methods. For instance, gliding could be useless if you don’t have the proper momentum because you’ll basically just fall. If you have enough momentum (from a free dive or point launch) you could engage the glide ability and traverse over larger distances. I’d think it would be best to not have it be in conflict with the web slinging, but be a part of the foundation like in Prototype. The wingsuit could look like Just Cause 3 and act like it too. Hell, if they go for full on suit customization, maybe you can have interchangeable traversal abilities. You can equip the wingsuit, or some kind of modification to mimic the web rush from TASM (just with more control).
We could technically glide with the 2099 suit from the first game
@@Lonewolf360gaming and underarm webs was supposed to be a part of the 2099 suit in the comic but they didn't add that in the game they added away so you can feel like you're gliding but not actually gliding

I like how they gave Miles his own style when web swinging here. In the first game, Peter's is more smooth like an acrobat or a trapeze artist where as in this one Miles has more rhythm like a breakdancer.

One of my favorite things about Spider-man is just the patrol glad to see footage before I buy holy crap Miles looks like he plays way different then Peter which is awesome and his banter is fantastic lol
I'm not playing this until I can secure a PS5. But I will watch the hell out of all of these swinging videos. I can't wait to play for myself. Thanks for no spoilers

At first I thought the end suit was a bit too much, with the red call of duty looking cargo pants. But the more I look at it the more it reaffirms itself as my favorite suite

Ghost of Tsushima and Miles Morales at 60fps (not to mention Demon's Souls) are huge, huge attractions for me. I've wanted to play Jin's story at a higher framerate since the day the game came out.
I want this game SOOOOO BAD. This just looks so dope. I just finished the Silver Lining’s DLC, so I’ve done basically everything, but there’s so much more in S-M:MM, and I’m here for it.
Miles game is shorter in length. And has less side missions. New venom abilities and camouflage. A couple new gadgets. Like a hard light decoy that fights. But no suit ultimates. And also you lose like 70 percent of Peter's gadget arsenal. Miles only has 4.
I just got a ps5 and this game came with it. Just tried it out today and can't stop playing it. First spider man game I've ever played though
I don't even use fast travel in this game. it's so fun from going from point A to point B by swinging

I play the original Spiderman for PS4, this game already looks better and it's my first real look at it. I love the snow and the reflection of light on the streets. Realistic.

For context, I’ve watched more free roam vids for the first Insomniac Spider-Man game than this one, so seeing Miles swing is pretty shocking. Despite being more inexperienced than Parker, Miles’ swings are more stylish and cool, and it seems he can implement his electric powers into his traversal of the city, which is awesome.

Insomniac is just THE BEST studio for Spider-Man. After 2 years and they improve the web swinging, among everything else, to THIS LEVEL??? Gosh I can't wait to play this.
And to be real with you I got platinum on, on the ps4 version of Spiderman and I have to agree that the game was buggy. Cause I remember loading into that scorpion fight and then changing to noir suit, and I changed into a cube. I literally got scared and said, "What the heck?" But then it kept happening and I got used to it! :)
And I also got stuck in one of those sign things and couldn't get out! xD
